Live Project with Havmor Ice Cream (Lotte Group)
Project Title:
Optimizing Factory-Wise SKU Allocation for Improved Production Efficiency
Project Objectives:
      1. Establish a Model where each factory specializes in producing certain SKUs with
longer production runs, aiming to improve overall yield and efficiency.
      2. Cost Comparison between the current production model (all SKUs produced daily at
all factories) versus a proposed model with factory-wise SKU specialization.
      3. Develop Recommendations based on cost and efficiency analysis to support
          decision-making on future production strategies.
      4. Benchmarking our production approach against industry standards and best practices
followed by other ice cream manufacturers.
