I often get up early at a quarter to six and I brush my teeth . After, I have my breakfast . I
often eat bread or noodle in my breakfast . I often go to school at fifteen to six . At school, I
learn Math, Vietnamese and English . My favorite subject is Math. I like math because I like
solving problems and I think math is interesting . I have my lunch at 10 a.m . Sometime I eat
rice and egg . After my lunch time, I sleep with my friends . I wake up at 15 to one . In the
afternoon , I learn music and IT. I usually use my computer in my class . I back my home at
4:30 p.m . I often read book when I back my home . After I take a shower , I go to bed.

1. What should I do to be healthy ?

In my opinion = To my mind = Honestly, to maintain( keep) good health (= to
be healthy) , I focus on 2 things including a proper diet ( 1 chế độ ăn hợp lí) and
doing exercises on a regular basis(= often). ( thường xuyên) To be more
specific(cụ thể hơn), For example I avoid( tránh) eating junk food and increase
( tang) the consumption (consume(v) : tiêu thụ) of vegetables( eating
vegetables) , and I hit the gym ( play badminton, volleyball, soccer , go
swimming ,…) 3 days a week.

- My favorite food is banh mi. I often eat banh mi in the banh mi. There are many
types of banh mi. I like eating full- toping banh mi. It’s a delicious food with bread,
meat, vegetables, egg, pate, cucumber and sausage.

Yes, I like trying new cuisines because I can know more good and delicious food
such as ramen, sushi, mochi, tokboki,… to introduce to my family and my friends. In

Congee: cháo
I’m not a picky person, so I don’t have any problems with food. However, congee is
not my favorite food because it’s so hot . I don’t like eat something hot in the

are many types of congee I don’t like such as frog congee, eel congee , etc. I think
that it’s so terrible .
