MEMORANDUM FOR: FORT WORTH OGRE ELIMINATION MISSION

TO:DANA BURKE

FROM: MAX SPACE HAWKINS

SUBJECT: SIN CARRIER: TAMARA CAMPBELL

REF: RECOVERED CELLPHONE AND NOTE (EXHIBIT A AND B)

I. GENERAL INFORMATION
- This mission was for the elimination of an Ogre-Class SIN. The team consisted of:
Lenya “Lenny” Mozgov, Eclipse “Dev” DeVray, Kieth Grey, Tsai “Sasha” Maduro,
Monique “Roulette” Von Dragovich and myself.
- The Mission Location is: Fort Fort Texas..

II. TOPICS
- The investigation started at Morning Side High School and we made contact with Erica
Nakamura. Through careful negotiations, we got her to reveal the most likely culprit of
the SIN carrier. Using the information gained, we interviewed Mark Campbell in a motel
near the Last Round Pub and Michelle Campbell at the family home. Both interview
subjects unfortunately expired due to unfortunate circumstances.
- The SIN carrier, Tamara Campbell, was finally located at the South Side Motel. The
team moved in to eliminate the SIN.
- There was some weapons use at the Campbell house and both motels due to the
presence of either the SIN or the manifestations of Pests created by the SIN. The
Campbell adults became casualties as an unfortunate result.

III. CONCLUSION
- During the course of the mission, the team overall performed its duties as ordered.
Doing what is necessary to accomplish it.
- Eclipse “Dev” DeVray and Monique “Roulette” Von Dragovich were very proactive in
leading the team and were essential to the team's survival when fighting the Ogre-Class
SIN.
- At some point, during the mission, Kieth Grey became compromised. First leading him
to divert half the team away from the site of the SIN's palace. Then, during the middle of
battle, he took the SIN carrier and abandoned the mission. Leaving the rest of the team
to fight the Ogre-Class Sin on their own. After the SIN was defeated, as we were ex-
filtrating, I noticed that Kieth Gray never took his eyes off Tamara Campbell. The way
he was looking at her looks just like that that one anime where the male protagonist was
looking at his love interest. Which leads me to conclude that he had been emotionally
compromised by allowing himself to fall in love with Tamara Campbell despite the fact
that he should already know that she was in love with Erica Nakamura.
- Erica Nakamura was recovered after the Ogre was defeated. We leave her fate to be
determined by CAIN.
- I humbly performed my duties and aided in the investigation to locate and exterminate
the SIN. Procuring evidence when the opportunity presented itself and continuing the
fight against the SIN despite the fact one of our own becoming compromised.
