General Inspection Summary
What we have found or action?
(Overall condition status of the inspected unit)
• Checks all components, following check list includes all checks to be carried out during commissioning.(Attached)
• Remove locknut bull gear. Support team CS
• Check and Discuss with electrical teams, about completion wiring connection start/stop command ,CT, Starter feedback,
motor overload etc. Support team electrical
• Check, drain out and cleaning oil reservoir. Support team CS
• Check flexible intake valve and discharge. inspected for corrosion and cleanliness just prior to start-up. Support team CS
• Filling up oil lubricant. Support team CS
• Megger test.(By PT.VI) Support team electrical
• Energized power panel control 380 VAC. Support team electrical
• Setting position of axial probe/vibration Z have found anomalies during compressor power panel is on mark “ X(out of
range/transmitter fault etc.)‘’ at Vibration Z stage 1, 2 & 3. (Trouble have done with re programming the new revision
release package/job file). Support team Engineering Utilities

electrical
• Couple coupling main motor and compressor and Test Running. Support team CS
• Rotate manual shaft main motor by hand after couple, ensure freely and check trend vibration. Support team CS
• Open the gate valve for cooling water supply. Check and ensure for water leaks.
• Did valve calibration (especially for IGV and BOV).
• Test natural surge
a. Inlet Valve 100% Open
b. Bypass Valve 26 % Open
c. Previous Surge Press. Result 181 psi
• Test throttle surge.
a. Inlet Valve 33% Open, Bypass Valve 33% Open
b. Amper Main Motor 43,5 Amp
c. In Setpoint 110 psi
• Monitoring.
• Training in class 2 Batch.
• Closed permit and sign documents.

Our Recommendation
• Again, we suggest did monitoring 4 times per day to ensure compressor is running well and report if any anomalies
phenomenon on compressor.
• Suggest replacing oil filter element at first 250 hours after commissioning.
• Suggest check condensate trap every 4 hours, to ensure the condensate is coming out to atmosphere. For normal
conditions the bypass valve should be fully close. Concerned for optimize compressor efficiency.
• Repair the storage gutter to install a removable cover to make it easier to monitor the water volume and function of the
water condensate trap.
