Secretary of the Masjid) along with Original for verification.
3. Latest Joint Photos 2” x 3” (3 copies) 2B size (White Background)
4. Confirmation Letter from the concerned Masjid (Original).
5. Joint Affidavit (Rs.100/-), 1st Party Bride & Groom, 2nd Party District Waqf
Officer, Bengaluru. With Seal & Signature of Notary (Original).
6. Self-Attested Colour Xerox copy of ID Proofs (Aadhaar / Passport / Voter
/ any ID). (Names / Spellings of the Bride and Bridegroom should
match with Nikahnama and documents furnished).
7. Marriage Certificate Fee Rs.1,000-00. (DD in favour of District Waqf
Officer, Bengaluru Urban).
8. 2nd / 3rd Marriage Applicants must submit their 1st & 2nd Marriage
authenticated documents (attested).
9. If Talaq/ Khula (Divorced / Separated) the applicants should submit their
authenticated documents issued by the Darul Khaza as per Shariah
( Muhammaden Law ) / Court of Law.
