BOARD RESOLUTION

At a meeting of the Directors of INDUSTRIAL GRAPHICS LIMITED (“The Company”)

duly convened on the ……………day of ……… 2025 at the company’s registered head

office’s, it was unanimously agreed and resolved that;

1. THAT the company opens a Uganda shillings account with Housing Finance Bank,

Mbarara Branch.

2. THAT the above bank be authorized to honor any and all instructions by the

company in relation to the said account.

3. THAT the company is hereby authorized to operate this bank account on all Housing

Finance banks digital platforms including but not limited to mobile and internet

banking.

3. THAT the said accounts shall be operated by KAKWANO DAADA ALICE and

KAKWAANO KAKURU EDGAR and any one of them can sign

5. THAT this resolution shall remain in force until and unless the company delivers

to Housing Finance bank new resolutions revoking, amending or suspending this

resolution.

6. THAT this resolution be lodged with the registrar of companies.
