M.Sc project: SELF-REGULSTION AND COPING STYLE AMONG KARATEKA AND NON-
KARATEKA: A COMPARATIVE STUDY
This comparative study examines the level of self-regulation and coping among karate
participants and non-karate participants. The results shows that there is significant
relationship between karate practise with self-regulation and coping style.
B.Sc projects: EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AND SELF-ESTEEM IN EARLY ADULTS
Investigated the relationship between emotional intelligence and self-esteem among young
adults. Collected data using psychometric assessments and analysed results statistically.
Identified key emotional intelligence traits that contribute to self-esteem development.
