This section consists of two questions. Answer one question only.

Question 1

Write a story based on the picture below. You may use the words given to help you. Write your answer
in the space provided. Write your story between 80 to 100 words.

Begin your story with:

Last week, Joshua had a toothache. He ate too much sugary food. He …cried the whole night because
he could not take the pain. His mother , Mrs. Roy took Joshua to see a dentist the next morning. She took him to
a dental clinic called Tans Dentist Clinic.

When they reached the clinic , they were waiting for their turn to see the dentist. First they had to register
Joshua at the counter before he could see the dentist. There was many people at the clinic , so they had to wait
for a long time before Joshua could see the dentist , he was in pain.

The dentist finally saw Joshua. He noticed that Joshua had a bad tooth because of all the sugary food
that Joshua had been having. The dentist had no choice but to pull out Joshua's bad tooth. Joshua was scared but
s he agreed to it.

After removing the bad tooth, the dentist advised Joshua to be more careful. He also told Joshua to eat
less junk food and sugary food. Joshua agreed to be more careful and to eat less sugary foods.
