Subject: CIRCULATION OF LIST FOR GRANT OF HIGHER TIME SCALE BS-16 & BS-17.

The undersigned is directed to inform that the higher time scale cases in respect of teaching
staff (FG Schools) serving in BS-16 & BS-17 is under process in CP Section. In this regard, the CP section
has prepared the lists enclosed herewith for provision of documents as mentioned against the names. The staff
mentioned in the lists may be informed to submit the documents in FDE as per date and schedule mentioned
against the names.

2. This issues with the approval of Director (CP), FDE.

It is to inform that as per available record with FDE, following Secondary School Teachers (Male & Female) (BS-17), Secondary School
Teachers (Male & Female) (Physical) (BS-17), Senior Elementary Teachers (Male & Female) (BS-16) and Senior Elementary Teachers (Male &
Female) (Physical) (Drawing) (BS-16) are eligible for grant of higher time scale in terms of length of service subject to the recommendations of
DPC. Any official (SST/ SET) who considers himself/ herself eligible for grant of higher time scale but the name is not included in the list, he/
she shall submit a request along with requisite documents for inclusion of name in the panel. The requisite documents must be submitted to FDE
