About the role
You will report directly to the IT Manager and Partners.Your role will gain you a
broad range of experience and will involve the following;
Microsoft 365 / Teams / Sharepoint / Azure AD / Exchange / OneDrive / Intune
Support
• Ensuring the operational health of the Microsoft 365 online environment
including security, availability, performance, interoperability and
reliability
• Administration, support and configuration of MS Office O365 for staff
• Maintenance of existing Teams and Sharepoint sites, sub sites, lists,
libraries, and content
• Support an enterprise-level Microsoft Exchange 365 infrastructure
• Manage user setup, maintenance and offboarding
• Manage devices using Microsoft Endpoint Manger (InTune)
General IT End User support
• Providing end-user support for all PC based hardware, applications and
services
• New user setup and orientation including installing and configuring
workstations, software, telephone services, network printing, etc.
• Maintain and provide support for all IT infrastructure
• Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support and troubleshooting
• Troubleshoot OS, network and storage related issues
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles
Operational Security, Maintenance and Governance
• Perform software upgrades and patches using a central management
system
• Troubleshoot various Office 365 issues including connectivity and
mobility
• Conduct routine monitoring and analysis to include Audit Log Reports
evaluation, system and storage utilization reports, site and system usage,
growth reports, and manage site collection quota settings
• Quarterly testing of backup & restore functions
• On a quarterly basis, provide documented assurance that access to
computer resources (data, equipment and facilities) is reasonable and
restricted to authorised individuals
Mimecast
• Monitor admin console
• Release held emails and/or files as appropriate
• Maintain block lists and white lists
• Monitor and report on education training video completion by staff
Crowdstrike Falcon Complete
• Monitor admin console
• Review admin console messages and action alerts as required
• Regularly review licensing and remove clients no longer in use
Business Applications – Karbon / FYI Docs / Ignition / Caseware / etc.
• Manage user setup, maintenance and offboarding
• Log user issues internally via Karbon and co-ordinate resolution with
vendors
Power BI
• Develop operational reports
• Build automated reports and dashboards with the help of Power BI and
other reporting tools
• Understand business requirements to set functional specifications for
reporting applications
• Be experienced in tools and systems on MS SQL Server BI Stack, including
SSRS and TSQL, Power Query, MDX, PowerBI, and DAX
• Be able to quickly shape data into reporting and analytics solutions
• Create functional reporting
• Have knowledge of database fundamentals such as multidimensional
database design, relational database design, and more

• Industry certifications can be beneficial.
Qualifications
• Experience administering O365, Exchange, Azure Active Directory, Teams,
Onedrive and SharePoint environments.
• Help desk experience and ability to provide technical and end-user
support
• General knowledge of networking – IP, DNS, SMTP.
• 5 years of IT experience.
• BI tools: Skills in BI tools and BI systems, such as Power BI, SAP, Tableau,
etc., creating data-rich dashboards, implementing Row-level Security
(RLS) in Power BI, writing DAX expressions, developing custom BI
products with scripting and programming languages such as R, Python,
etc.
• Experience in data-specific roles: A minimum experience of two or three
years working with BI tools or any data-specific role with a sound
knowledge of database management, data modeling, business
intelligence, SQL querying, data warehousing, and online analytical
processing (OLAP).
• Microsoft BI stack: In-depth understanding and experience with
Microsoft BI stacks such as Power Pivot, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.
• Data analytics: The ability to drill down data and visualize it in the best
possible way through charts, reports, or dashboards.
• Software development skills: Understanding of software development
architecture as well as technical aspects.

Remuneration commensurate to experience and in line with market rates -
remuneration range indicated.

Salary: Php55,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
