IPL Collaboration Proposal

Partnership Details:

Deliverables by College/Institute/Club:

1. Student WhatsApp Group Promotion:


- Circulate creative and accompanying text to 25 active student WhatsApp groups,
each with a minimum of 50 members.

2. Instagram Stories by Students:


- Post a creative as story on Instagram and tag official accounts by 50+ students
from college.

3. Posters on College Campus:


- Display 15 posters (A3 Size) across key areas such as notice boards, canteens,
hostels, and other high-traffic locations.

4. Standee Installation in Campus:


- Install 1 standee featuring in high-visibility areas across the campus for 5-7 days.

5. Pamphlet distribution:
- 200 Pamphlet Distribution in Campus and Nearby Areas.

Deliverables by College/Institute/Club:

Provide Sponsorship of Rs. 5000 to the Institute/College/Club.
