I am writing to express my interest in the team member position as advertised. I bring hands-on experience in customer
service through my previous roles, including my time as a front-of-house team member at KFC and as a waiter in a
restaurant in Spain. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver high-quality
service and ensure a positive experience for every customer.

Working at KFC, I gained valuable experience in fast-paced service and in handling a high volume of customer interactions.
This role taught me to remain calm under pressure, multitask effectively, and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
My position as a waiter in Spain further honed my communication skills, both in English and Spanish, and reinforced my
ability to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests from diverse backgrounds.

In both roles, I developed a keen attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of the
importance of teamwork in delivering efficient, high-quality service. My experiences have also trained me to be adaptable and
