ADMISSION NOTIFICATION No. 11 of 2025
2-year LL.M. Programme
On-line Applications are invited for appearing in Kashmir University Entrance Test (KUET) for
admission to 2-Year LL.M. Programme for the academic session 2025.
i) Important dates:
On-line submission and last date for Application Forms/Fee deposition from 13-06-2025 to
04-07-2025
Important Note: All dates notified are final and extension shall not be granted
ii) Eligibility:
Candidates should have passed L.L.B (Professional) or B.A-LL.B (5-Years) from the University
of Kashmir or from any other University/Institute recognized by UGC with at least 55% marks
for Open Merit and 50% marks for reserved categories. Furthermore, candidates having
appeared/appearing in the qualifying examination can also apply provisionally on
their own risk and responsibility, subject to fulfilling all eligibility conditions
including acquiring minimum required percentage by or before 29th July, 2025.
iii) Admission Criteria:
The eligible candidates shall have to appear in the Entrance Test at their own expenses at the
University specified centres for which date shall be notified separately.
iv) Submission of Online Application Forms:
The candidates are advised to follow below mentioned steps for filling their Online Application
Forms: -
Step-1: Visit http://www.kashmiruniversity.net or www.kashmiruniversity.ac.in and click on Link
Admissions. Read Important Instructions for Registration and Submission of Form carefully.
Step-2: Candidates need to register before submitting the Online Application Form. For Registration with the
System Click on the “Register as Student”. Remember the Username and Password for future reference.
Step-3: After successful Registration, login into the system for submitting Online Application Form.
Enter your “Registration No.” and Click “Next”.
Step-4: Enter the required details and Upload your latest passport size Photograph and click “Next”.
Step-6: If there is any variation click on “Previous” button, make necessary corrections and then Click “Submit”.
Get a printout of the Form and retain it for reference and record.
v) Hard Copies of Application Form and fee receipt :
Candidates need not submit the hard copy of the Application Form; however, they must take
printout of the online submitted Application Form and retain it for future reference.

vi) Disclaimer:
Directorate will not check/verify the educational/category certificates etc. of the
candidates at the time of Online submission of application form for appearing in the
written examination and it will be the sole responsibility of the candidate to ascertain
that he/she fulfills all the eligibility criteria for admission to the programme he/she is
applying for; however, the documents will be verified by the concerned Department at
the time of completion of admission related formalities in respect of the selected
candidates to a particular programme. The admission of the selected candidate will be
rejected at any time if it is found that the applicant does not fulfill the eligibility
criteria or has misrepresented/concealed any facts/information;
vii) Other relevant information:
➢ Submission of Application Forms is subject to determination of eligibility for
admission to the Programme by reference to the Admission Policy-2025;
➢ The detailed Date Sheet for conduct of Entrance Test shall be uploaded on the University
website in due course of time;
➢ Notification for Self-financed Seats shall be issued separately;
