Dear Sir/Madam,

I, ADV. (DR.) RAKESH KUMAR, s/o SH. HARPHOOL SINGH, residing at 846, Lawyers
Chambers, Dwarka Courts, Sector-10, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075, am hereby filing a first
appeal under Section 19 of the Right to Information Act, 2005, due to the non-receipt of
information sought in my RTI application dated 25-03-2024.

Details of the RTI application:

- Copy of appointment letters for the employee no 60010-60020.

- Copy of joining letter for the employee no 60010-60020.

- Certified copy of the minutes of the board approving the appointments of employees’
number 60010 to 60020.
- Sanctioned strength of chemistry department at PPCL.

- Sanctioned strength of chemistry department at IPGCL.

- Sanctioned strength of post senior manager only in chemistry department at PPCL.

- Sanctioned strength of post senior manager only in chemistry department at IPGCL.

- Sanctioned strength of post manager only in chemistry department at PPCL.

- Sanctioned strength of post senior manager only in chemistry department at IPGCL.

- Copy of advertisement for engagement of post senior manager in chemistry

Despite the lapse of the statutory period of 30 days, I have not received any
satisfactory information or response from the CPIO regarding my application. This is
a violation of my right to information as guaranteed under the RTI Act.

Considering the above, I request you to kindly take cognizance of the matter and provide
the information sought in my original RTI application at the earliest. I would also
appreciate an explanation for the delay and the inaction on the part of the CPIO.

Verification by the appellant: I attest that all the information in this application is true

and correct to my knowledge.
