bond industry, and I have worked in this industry for over ten years. I have a position within the
General Agents office, and I am also a licensed bail agent in Louisiana. My future goals include

facilities to fulfill my love for children.
Part II:
Staffing is a critical component of any organization that wishes to be successful. The
accomplishment of the organization's strategic goals is significantly dependent on the
recruitment and selection of the most qualified workforce candidates conceivable. A business
that has a sufficient number of employees is in the best position to achieve high levels of
performance and financial success (Phillips,2019). It is also in the best position to fulfill the
needs of its customers and to provide a stimulating setting for its workers.
Any company should make it a top priority to find the right employees and to keep those
employees interested in their work and satisfied with their working conditions. An organization's
ability to adapt to shifting market conditions and maintain a competitive edge is directly
correlated with the quality of its human resources. Investing in staff members who stay with a
company for a longer period of time is useful because these employees are better informed, as
well as better able to predict changes and anticipate potential problems. Also, they are more
inclined to be engaged, driven, and eager to go above and beyond for the benefit of the business.
They also have a greater likelihood of having better interactions with both internal colleagues
and external customers, which results in improved collaboration and stronger connections
(Phillips, 2019). In conclusion, having employees who stay with an organization for an extended
period of time can help an organization save money by reducing the number of times it needs to
search for and train new employees.
It is crucial for an organization's overall performance and growth to have a greater number of
long-term employees even while it is required to have some short-term employees in order to
fulfill immediate needs. Long-term employees bring with them a wealth of expertise as well as a
sense of continuity, helping to build a culture inside the business that encourages collaboration
and, in the long run, results in improved performance.
