AFFIDAVIT

I, Shabana Begam W/o Akram, aged about 38 years old, R/o Ishwar
Colony , Bawana, North-West Delhi -110039 do hereby solemnly affirm
and declare as under.

1. That I am the petitioner in the above-mentioned writ petition, hence


fully conversant with the facts and circumstances of the case, and thus, I
am fully competent to swear the present affidavit.

2. That the contents of the synopsis and list of dates from pages ____ to
___ are drafted by my counsel which are true to the best of my
knowledge and derived from the records maintained by me.

3. That the contents as given in the above writ petition (criminal) from
para ___ to ___ and grounds ___ to ___ of the writ petition are drafted
by my counsel and based on legal advice received from the counsel of
the petitioner which the petitioner believes to be true.

4. I say that all the annexures to the writ petition (criminal) are true
copies of their respective originals.

5. The petitioner has not preferred any similar or other petition in the
above-mentioned matter in any court.

6. That the contents of the writ petition have been read by me and the
legal part has also been explained to me in vernacular and the same is
understood by me which are true and correct as per my knowledge and
legal submissions are believed to be true and based on legal advice
received from my counsel.
