Assured Internship:
All eligible learners from the IHC courses would get an opportunity to avail an Internship of 5 credits in virtual mode
towards end of the learning track. The internship project would be related to the domain of the subscribed course.
Industry Endorsed Certificate:
All successful learners from the IHC courses would get a digital certificate from TCS iON, endorsing their skill in domain /
technology of the subscribed course.
Job Visibility:
All eligible learners from the IHC courses would be appearing in TCS iON National Qualifier Test (NQT) – Cognitive &
Subject tests. NQT is endorsed by a large pool of corporates in the country including TCS. Successful learners from the

Engagement Model – 1: Certificate
Model
• The learner can earn additional certificate / diploma in addition to their regular degree program.
a. If the learner opts for a single course from the learning track, the learner will earn a Certificate.
b. If the learner opts for two courses from the learning track, the learner will earn a Diploma.
c. If the learner completes the whole learning track, the learner will earn an Advance Diploma.
Assessment
• The learners would then be appearing for Summative Assessment which is conducted in two parts: - Test of
Knowledge and Test of Application.
Internship
• After completing the course, remote internship will be provided based on the learning track.
Duration
• The duration for Certificate is 1 semester.
Outcome Linkage
• Post the completion of the program, the learner would get exclusive access to TCS iON Job portal.
• Currently 2000+ corporates are on-boarded in TCS iON Job portal and regularly posting jobs.
