NOTICE OF RENT INCREMENT

Having carefully thought and examined the economic situation, development and state of the nation, I
have decided to slightly increase my rent of my space you are occupying in order to meet up to my own
needs and demands.

So therefore, taking effect from the 1st day of December 2025 I have decided that the two rooms flat you
are occupying is slighty increased from 96,000(Ninty Six thousand naira) to 300,000 (three hundred
thousand naira) only.

On the note you have from now as at the time of receiving this notice) to decide whether you are
keeping up with the new rate or you look for a cheaper and better options. Silence to this notice clear
shows that you agree and willing to adhere to the new terms as no excuse will be tolerated after the
time elapse.

Thank you for your usual cooporeation and I a truly sorry for any inconvences this notice may cause to
you and your household.

I hope we have an understanding.
