There are specific factors that determine successful project management. Name and
explain at least ten (10) successful project management factors that should be present
to ensure the success of the project {10 marks}. Provide your own examples of how
you envisage applying these successful project management factors {10 marks}.

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is defined as a business's contribution to the


achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals. CSR should be a factor in every
organisation's production and operations activities. CSR involves five important
dimensions. Identify {5 marks} and explain {5 marks} each of these five (5) dimensions
and provide an example of each {5 marks}.

Question 5 [10]

Total productive maintenance (TPM) is important in production and operations


management. TPM is carried out by all employees, and it recognises the importance
of reliability, maintenance and economic efficiency in plant design. Identify five (5)
types/forms of TPM and explain each of them.
