Dt. 13.05.2025 for appointment by transfer as Junior Engineer/ Telecom & IT

Andhra Pradesh Limited hereby undertake that I am allowed for the written
test for appointment by transfer to the post of Junior Engineer in Telecom & IT
wings, subject to the following conditions:
a) I will not prefer any appeal either before the management of
APEPDCL or before any Hon’ble Court for the post of Junior
Engineer/Electrical.
b) Mere issue of Hall Ticket for attending the written examination
and qualifying in the written examination does not confer any
right to us for selection for appointment by transfer to the post of
Junior Engineer and the decision of the APEPDCL is final in this
regard.
c) I will not prefer any appeal either before the management
of APEPDCL or before any Hon’ble Court in case of
reversion to my original post consequent on final outcome
of the court cases pending before the Hon'ble Courts
pertaining the qualification and other allied issues relating
to appointment by transfer as Junior Engineer.
d) I will abide by the orders of management of APEPDCL and
conditions mentioned in the Circular notification.
e) I will not claim my previous (O&M) service for any
purpose during future service of Junior Engineer.
f) Irrespective of decision of Hon’ble High Court in pending case on
the issue of validity of amended regulation 6 (a) SR Part III, I
shall not claim service weightage pertaining to my past service
rendered in other services and will abide by the amendment
issued by APEPDCL to the Regulation 6 (a) vide E.O.O.225,
Dt.25.10.2022, when my turn comes up for appointment by
transfer to the post of Assistant Engineer as per rules
I shall abide by the Terms & Conditions specified in the above
circular instructions by the Eastern Power Distribution Company of Andhra
Pradesh Limited and as amended from time to time relating to the subject
matter of Appointment by Transfer to the post of Junior Engineer in
Telecom & IT Wings.
