clarifications, please revert within 15 days from the date of receipt of this letter. In case there
is no revert it shall be presumed that the full and final settlement is in order.

Please refer to the attached Guidelines with regards to the action to be taken from your end
for transfer/ withdrawal of the Provident Fund (PF) accumulated during your tenure at Yes
Bank Limited, in case you have already not filled the forms.
