LinkedIn Text Document

I've attached your LinkedIn profile text in this document and listed instructions on how to add it to your profile. If
you already know how to edit your profile, you can skip the instructions by scrolling down to the colored text in
each section.

Following is the text you need to paste in different sections of the LinkedIn profile.
If you have already created a profile section, you need to click the pen icon next to it in order to edit it:

If you have not yet created a profile section, you can click on the ‘Add profile section’ button at the top of your
profile and then hit the plus icon next to the profile section you’d like to add:

Headline
The following maroon text is your headline.
Sr. Program Manager | Impactful Design Solutions | Multi-Project Management | User Experience Development |
Leadership
It should be pasted in the intro profile section:

After selecting the option to edit it by either hitting the pen icon or the ‘Add profile button’, paste it in the field
under your name:
Summary
The following blue text is your summary.
Be sure to insert the job title in the opening. You want a strong opening line that’ll grab recruiters/hiring managers
attention. That is why you want to talk to the employers need in the start. Bring the results first and then talk about
how they did. Try not keep this introduction short.

Pick a primary skill to show off in the first paragraph. You want a skill that is important in the job the client is aiming
for and expressed in the introduction. You should provide an example that demonstrates this skill in the client.
Ideally, you want this section to be no more than 4 lines.

The second skill you select should maintain the flow you’re establishing in the first paragraph. That is to say, the 2 nd
skill should be something you’ve touched upon in the introduction. You should share an example of a time when
the client exhibited this skill.

SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
- SKILL: Accomplishment. The SKILL keyword is optional and depends on how much emphasis is needed.
- SKILL: Brief accomplishment. Don’t copy and paste the bullet from the resume. Tighten it down more.
- SKILL: Accomplishment #3. You want to have 3-4 skills here, no more.

If you’re looking for someone who delivers best-in-class solutions, specializes in managing UX and design teams,
and generates growth, I can be reached via email: jonathanjorosco@icloud.com.

Key Skills: LinkedIn has changed the word limit for this section. You can now add only 5 skills here. The keywords
selected for this section should be aligned with the jobs the client is targeting. They shouldn’t just be keywords
selected from the job itself, especially if the client is a career changer or they hold a job that isn’t relevant to the
industry they’re interested in. Special care has to be taken in keyword selection every time.
This text should be pasted in the about profile section:

Simply paste it in the summary field:

job responsibilities.

SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
- SKILL: Accomplishment. Remember the rules from the summary. Don’t copy and paste. Be brief.

If the accomplishments aren’t strong enough to stand on their own as a bullet, create a small paragraph for them.
Quickly define the challenge before diving into the explanation and results.

Key Skills: Due to the latest algorithm changes in LinkedIn, the combined skill limit across the experience and skills
section is now 50 keywords. Therefore, we want to make sure we utilize these sections carefully. We have changed
the skill limit for each experience section to 5 top skills that best align with or represent the client brand. Please
make sure to not repeat these skills in other experience sections or the skills section itself.

Other Tips
Here is what I recommend doing for your LinkedIn profile:
- Take a professional photograph for your LinkedIn profile. LinkedIn profiles with good photos are seven times more
likely to be viewed than profiles that do not.
- Use your profile to connect with lots of recruiters in your target field. Recruiters typically use their connection list
as a database of candidates, so sending out a few connection requests will result in more interviews in the long run.
- Connect with similar professionals in your target locations. This will boost your LinkedIn's search rankings and put
you in the second connection networks of more recruiters and hiring managers.
- Make sure your privacy settings aren't too rigid. You can access your privacy settings
here: https://www.linkedin.com/psettings/
The more public your profile, the more views you'll get.
