A RESOLUTION ADOPTING CITIZEN’S CHARTER OF BARANGAY DATU PANAS, BUUG,


ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY

WHEREAS, Republic Act No.9485 or the Anti-Red Act of 2007, as amended by Republic Act No.11032,
otherwise known as the “Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act pf 2018”
with Implementing Rules and Regulations is an important tool for all government offices/ instrumentalities in
delivering or frontline services to the people with the basic essence of accuracy, transparency and immediately
through a modified system of transactions;

WHEREAS, the Citizen’s Charter describes detail “The comprehensive and uniform checklist or
requirements for each type of application or request, procedure to obtain a particular service, person/s
responsible for each step, maximum time to conclude the process, document/s to be represented by the
applicant or requesting party, amount of fees, if necessary, and procedure for filing compliant;

WHEREAS, the said Citizen’s Charter will serve as a reference manual for the community to be appraised of
the duties and responsibilities of the Public Officials at the process involved in availing the service due to them;

WHEREAS, the Barangay of Compostela, in compliance with the aforementioned mandate, has formulated its
existing Citizen’s Charter and present it before the Sangguniang Barangay;

NOW, THEREFORE; on motion by Hon. Perfecto M. Got and unanimously seconded it was;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED; A Resolution Adopting Citizen’s Charter Barangay Datu


Panas, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay,

RESOLVED FURTHER; Copies of this Resolution be furnished to Sangguniang Barangay, DILG, and
other agencies for their information an appropriate action.
