Milestone Description
At Booking Rs.5,00,000
Within 30 days of Booking 10% of TSV* Less Booking Amount
Within 90 days of Booking 10% of TSV
Within 180 months of Booking 10% of TSV
On Completion of Super Structure 35% of TSV
On Filing of Application of OC 25% of TSV
Within 30 days of notice of Possession** 10% of TSV
**Note: If the ‘Filing of Application for Grant of Occupancy Certificate’ occurs before any of the time based
instalments mentioned in the payment plan, then all such timeline based instalments shall become payable
simultaneously along with the ‘On Filing of Application for Grant of Occupancy Certificate’
*TSV: Total Sale Value inclusive of BSP + PLC + EDC/IDC + Car Parking + Club Membership
**IFMS, Electricity Installation Charges, Power Back-up charges & Meter Connection Charges as
applicable shall be paid by the customer on offer of possession
***Service Tax shall be payable extra by the customer, as applicable
