I, Pathan Shadan Nashta Khan, a student currently pursuing Bachelor in Pharmacy at Khyati College of Pharmacy, respectfully wish to inform
you that I have been suffering from health issues which significantly deteriorated between 15th February and 30th March. Due to my medical
condition, I was unable to attend college during this period.
I kindly request you to consider my medical leave for the above-mentioned duration and grant me the permission to appear in the upcoming
examinations. I am in the process of recovering and will ensure full participation moving forward.

I am attaching my medical certificates and relevant documents for your kind consideration.
