Portable Power/Electrical tools
Ladder Inspection (All ladders)
Fall Protection Safety belts, harnesses, lifelines, and lanyards:
Colour coding will be affixed to personal fall arrest systems and parts

Note:

Ladder Inspection tags or labels will be used to document quarterly inspections and contain the
following information, at a minimum:

 Equipment/component description or ID number


 Inspector
 Date of inspection

In lieu of colour coded inspection tags, colours may be applied with coloured ty-wraps, paint or tape.
However, an inspection tag containing the above information will still be required.

Some colour code overlap may take place during the inspection program. In case of doubt, the
inspection date might be verified in the corresponding tag.

Cranes /Lifting Tools and Tackles:

Inspection tags or labels will be used to document monthly inspections
