U.S.G. OF WHOLE ABDOMEN


Liver and pancreas:- show normal morphology. Echotexure and echogenicity without any
focal lesion. There is no intra hepatic billary dilatation.

Spleen:- is showing normal parenchymal echotexture appears normal without any focal lesion.

Gallbladder :- well distended showing normal lumen and showing

Aorta, IVC, PV and CBD:- are normal in course and caliber without any intraluminal
abnormality.
Right kidney:- measures : 9.10 X 5.20 cm. Mild hydronephorosis and no calculus

Left kidney:- measures:- 9.4 x 4.24 cm. normal in size no calculus and no

The urinary bladder:- is well distended and showing U bladder wall is irregularly thickend
measuring 6.4 mm. post void residual volume of urin 25 cc approx.
The uterus:- is normal in size antiverted, measuring 7.10 X 3.10 cm in LS.
Showing normal endometrial ( wall size 7.10 mm)
No free fluid collection is noted.
Both the Ovaries are normal in size and show normal parenchymal
echotexture and echogenicity.
There is no evidence of any fiuid collection or lymphadenopathy in tha
Abdomen.
There is no evidence of any pleural effusion
IMPRESSIONS:-

1. Right renal mild hydronephorosis


2. Gastritis.
