Dear Editor,

I am writing to express my concern about two pressing issues that have been affecting our school - bullying and noise in the
hallway during class hours. As a student, I have personally witnessed the negative impact that these issues have on our learning
experience.

Bullying has become a common occurrence in our school. Many students have been subject to verbal and physical abuse, which
can have lasting effects on their mental health. As a student, I feel unsafe and anxious in school because of the fear of being
bullied. It's like walking on eggshells every day. "Bullying is not just physical, it's emotional too. It hurts us in more ways than
one." - Unknown

Moreover, the noise in the hallway during class hours is also a major problem. It's hard to focus on the lesson when you can hear
people talking, laughing, and running in the hallway. This makes it difficult for us to absorb the material being taught, which
affects our grades and performance in school. It is also difficult for teachers to teach, it causes distractions, making it difficult to
communicate with students, and increasing stress levels. This can hinder their ability to effectively teach the lesson and engage
with their students, leading to a less productive and effective learning environment. Additionally, the frustration caused by
excessive noise can negatively impact a teacher's mood and overall job satisfaction, which can have implications for their
performance and motivation.

It's time for school authorities to take action and address these issues. We need a safe and conducive learning environment where
bullying is not tolerated, and the noise level in the hallway is minimized. As students, we have the right to feel safe and learn
without distractions. We urge our school administrators to take these issues seriously and implement policies that promote a
positive and nurturing learning environment.

In conclusion, I implore our school authorities and policymakers to take a proactive approach to address these issues. We need a
school environment that fosters growth, learning, and respect for one another.
