Dear Ma’am,

I hope you’re doing well. We, the SSG ALAB Officers continually seeking ways to engage our
student body and foster a vibrant campus community. With that in mind, we would like to propose
a special event, a “Get Together Activity” on February 27, 2025.

Get together activity is a wonderful opportunity for students to express appreciation and affection
for their teachers, friends, peers, and loved ones. However, given the busy academic schedules and
commitments around the traditional celebration date, we believe that hosting a Get together
activity on February 27 would allow more students to participate and enjoy the activities.

We kindly request you support in making this event possible. We believe that this Get together
celebration will not only bring joy to our students but also enhance the sense of community and
belonging within our college.
