CIRCULAR
Students Eligible to Fourth year engineering A.Y. 2025-26 shall confirm their admission enrollment to
fourth year by payment of applicable fees as per the fee structure given on page 2, by 4 July 2025.
Kindly note that the enrollment of the student shall be confirmed only on payment
of complete applicable fees, within the stipulated time(4 July 2025).

The process for enrollment confirmation shall be:

• Students shall pay the requisite applicable fee as per this circular.
• Students are requested to use the ONLINE PAYMENT facility available on
Payment - VIT | Vidyalankar Institute of Technology.
• After payment the student shall submit the online admission enrolment form with all
required details and annexure/s.( https://forms.office.com/r/dtJYDJ1FJZ )
• Department shall verify and approve all the details.
• On confirmation of the payment, the department executive shall enrol the name of
the student in the roll call list of the students for the current year’s admission.

Freeship* students
'*': In case of Category students having two or more years GAP and as per Govt. notification, Scholarship
students shall get the benefit, Freeship students shall not get the Benefit from the Government.

'#': Subject to fulfilment of eligibility Criteria of Social Welfare department. In case of non-submission of the
correct & complete form by Student within the specified time on the Central/ State Government portal,
Non-eligibility or Non sanction of Freeship / Scholarship from Institute / Government Authorities, due
to any reason, the student will have to pay full fees as per the Total fee applicable for Regular (Open/IL)
Category students.

• SC/ST/VJ/NT/OBC/SBC/EWS or other students, admitted in 2020(FE)/2021(DSY) or earlier, shall

contact Shri. Naresh Sakharkar (Accounts Manager) for TOTAL fee details.

• The above fees include University Fees/Funds. Students shall pay examination fee separately for
repeat examination(s), as applicable. Notice for such exam fee payment shall be announced
separately.

• Students interested in Bank Loan shall meet account section at A block

(between 10:00 am to 4:00 pm) on working days on or before 27 June
2025

• Payments shall be made using ONLINE PAYMENT facility available on Institute’s website (Payment
- VIT | Vidyalankar Institute of Technology). It shall help you to pay your fees online with your
convenience 24x7 on or before a scheduled due date.

• In case of any difficulty in online payment fees students may use the bank transfer payments option.
