Role Overview:
The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Electrical will be responsible for assisting in the
design, Engineering, planning, and execution of projects. This role provides an opportunity to
gain hands-on experience in various aspects. The GET will work under the guidance of senior
engineers to support project delivery and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Job responsibilities:
● Electrical Designing and calculations for the projects.
● Defining HT System Requirements and preparation of Single Line Diagrams
accordingly.
● Awareness of Electrical Safety Rules and Requirements of Electrical Safety across the
sites.
● Defining motor control centres for control of Electrical motors/equipment.
● Preparing RFQ’s for HT, LT packages, transformers, DG sets, Cables and equipment /
accessories required for smooth and safe power flow on projects.
● Preparing Load Schedules & Cable and Terminal Schedules.
● Creating Layout drawings for earthing and Lightening with calclations
● Defining lighting requirements for project sites
● Ensuring that all electrical plans meet the standards and also regulatory & safety
requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
● B.E./B. Tech in Electrical Engineering (2024/25 Pass-outs preferred).
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
● Strong understanding of electrical power flow and safety of equipment.
● Strong knowledge of electrical safety regulations, electrical hazards & safe practices.
● Strong inter personal & managerial skills.
● Good Communication Skills.
● Knowledge of Industry codes and standards
● Willingness to learn and adapt to project requirements.
● Ability to travel to project sites as and if required.
