Myself: SVETLANA CRANGA, personal code 2002042128236, residing at: Republic of Moldova, Chisinau, no. 18, bl.3 / 8, press 807, empower my son Mr. CRANGA EDUARD, personal code 2002042117940, residing on the same address, - To use, to have and manage all movable and immovable, present and future that I do not belong where they are and what would be made, to conclude any agreement permitted by law, including the provision of services alienation (sale), donation, exchange), contractors to pledge, to send the lease, rental or free use, etc.. determining in each case the necessary amount, terms and conditions of contracts with the right to modify or terminate, to make settlements in the transactions; - To acquire in my name for consideration or free, including movable and immovable property to privatize, to accept the inheritance in my name, to receive what I deserve wealth, including money and securities, to receive their share certificates establishing the common property, on goods that belong to me; - To record rights including ownership of property to be acquired in my name; - To receive documents and register with the competent bodies of the Republic of Moldova and other countries.; - To represent my interests before any embassy or consulate for visa reception opening my name in any country for any period, to represent me to extend the temporary passport for departure abroad on my behalf or receive temporary passport for departure abroad on my behalf in each case; - To receive postal mail and packages on my name; - To get out of my name, to receive and pay all payments incumbent upon me; - To represent my interests before the courts of the withdrawal of residence visas and entering the new residence, including receipt and distribution; - To be my representative in all legal authorities of the Republic of Moldova and other states civil cases or administrative, with all rights trial set for legislator party defendant, the victim or third person, the right to terminate the transaction process of reconciliation, including the refusal to share, change of shares, total or partial recognition of the action, challenging the judicial decision, the right to receive legal documents for execution, and the rights due under their law to hire a lawyer; - Also can do whatever you deem necessary according to circumstances and even not provided here, can take the place of special power of attorney if the law would require such a mandate, considering all you do is empowered by the attorney that made by me and bound me. To this end, we offer the right to make requests of my name, to prepare and sign all necessary documents to carry out all actions and formalities connected with this authorization, my signature being opposable.
