Fee shall only be remitted through SBI e-pay.


The printouts of online applications, in the case of Regular students shall be retained in the Department itself.
Printouts of applications of Supplementary Candidates shall be sent to the University, on or before the last
date.
The HoDs shall log in and download the detailed statement of fees remitted by the regular candidates and
forward an attested copy of the same to the undersigned.
Candidates (who have taken admission at Kannur University) availing fee concession, who receive the grant
directly to their Bank account shall either remit the fee while registration, or remit it as and when it is received
from the Government Department.
Fee in respect of candidates (who have taken admission at Kannur University), availing fee concession

received through the institution's bank account, shall be credited to the Kannur University Fund by the Head of
the Department and the undersigned shall be informed of the details of such remittance, without delay.
SC/ ST candidates claiming fee concession (receiving the grant directly to their Bank accounts) shall submit
the affidavit (Annexure I ) attached to the notification, to the Head of the Department an d Head of the
Department shall verify , certify and forward the affidavits to the University in time.
Head of the Department shall submit the duly filled and signed certificate ( Annexure II ) attached to the
notification pertaining to all other eligible candidates availing fee concession (receiving the grant through the
institution's bank account), who have not remitted the examination fee during registration .
If any candidate, receiving grant through the institution's bank account has remitted the examination fee
during registration, the Head of the Department shall take necessary action to reimburse the amount to the
candidates.
Results of the candidates with fee due, Non production of Qualifying certificates and Non production of
condonation order for attendance shortage will not be released.
Penalty shall be levied for delayed submission/incorrect submission/ non-submission of data/Application,
as per the University rules.
Candidates with shortage of attendance shall not be issued hall tickets, unless the Head of the
Department recommends and states that the shortage is within the condonable limit and the applications
for condonation have been forwarded to the Registrar.

Candidates who have taken admission at Kannur University and availing fee concession shall either
remit the entire examination fee or Rs. 65/- only ( Fee for Application form ).
Candidates who have taken admission at MG University shall remit the entire Examination fee.
The Schedule of Examinations will not be intimated to the candidates individually. The Timetable shall be
published in the Notice Board of the Departments concerned .
The Department concerned shall be the centre of Examination.
