Telekinesis
a. Capabilities
Telekinesis (from Greek: τηλε- "far off" and κίνηση "movement") is the ability to
influence/control/manipulate matter or another aspect of a physical system with the ‘mind’ or through
other non-physical means. Commonly, the most fundamental trait is to move or otherwise interact with
objects (or to generate and apply physical force on a target, or potentially, an area) both from a distance
and without physical contact.
As the ability is connected to the mind of the user, it can either be activated and controlled through
conscious effort and concentration, through willpower and emotions of a particular level of intensity, or
through achieving a state of discipline and serenity. In some cases, the ability can respond to the user’s
thoughts, ideas and whims, making it far easier to activate but potentially more difficult to control.
Moreover, these aspects of the user's mind and mental capacity at large can affect the accuracy, precision,
range, and strength of their ability, as well as the subsequent limitations of its intuitiveness, usability,
functionality, and reliability in various situations.
Telekinesis is one of the bases of many superpowers that are based on "controlling/manipulating," and
may evolve to the point that a Telekinetic can control anything at a subatomic, particle, and universal
level.
b. Applications
Since not every telekinesis user is equally strong or skilled, the applications are divided into 6
levels/layers: Basic, Advanced, Expert, Master, Ultimate and Absolute. This leveling is a generalization
and is theoretical. For this reason, applications and levels may vary depending on the fiction. The purpose
of the levels on this page is to emphasize the potential of the power and the diversity of its application
area.
Basic Level
Binding: To keep object/being from moving.
Levitation: To lift an object, e.g. raising a pitcher several inches into the air.
Levitation Inducement: To cause an object to float all on its own.
Object Calling: To call any object to one's hand.
Orbital Field: To make objects and possibly energy orbit around the user.
Telekinetic Choking: To choke or strangle others without physical contact.
Telekinetic Grip: To grasp an object firmly in place, e.g. keeping the tides from washing a friend
away.
Telekinetic Maneuver: To alter an object's directional course, e.g. changing what number a dice
lands on or deflect an opponent attack.
Telekinetic Pull/Push: To pull objects towards the user or to push objects away from the user, e.g.
yanking a book off a shelf or sliding a cup across a table.
Access & Occlusion: To open and close targets remotely.
Attraction Field: To cause surrounding objects to be drawn towards the user.
Aversion Field: To cause surrounding objects, especially projectiles, to avoid the user's
immediate location.
Repulsion Field: To cause surrounding objects to be moved away from the user at a
variable speed and intensity.
Pressure Strike: To exert pressure and kinetic energy from a distance to strike a target, either to
repel or damage it.
Advanced Level
Biological Manipulation: To telekinetically manipulate the biology of oneself and others.
Blood Manipulation: Use telekinesis to control blood of oneself or their peers.
Body Manipulation: To telekinetically control the body of themselves or their peers.
Damage Inducement To use telekinesis to remotely inflict damage onto organic and inorganic
targets.
Wound Inducement: To use telekinesis to cause physical wounds on others without
physical contact.
Homing Effect: To make any object automatically follow, home in, and lock onto its target or
targets until it hits them.
Motor-Skill Manipulation: To manipulate the movement of others.
Self-Manipulative Puppetry: To manipulate the movement of oneself.
Object Manipulation: To alter an object's inner workings, e.g. unlocking a door.
Animation: Give motion to motionless items by focusing your mind power through it.
Radar: To "see" one's surroundings using telekinesis, e.g. sensing a target from a distance.
Simultaneous Interaction: To interact with multiple objects at a time.
Telekinetic Attacks: To release/use telekinesis to various attacks.
Telekinetic Aura: Possess powerful telekinetic extension fields from oneself.
Telekinetic Combat: To use telekinesis in physical combat.
Telekinetic Constructs: To create objects, weapons, and creatures out of telekinetic energy.
Telekinetic Compression: To crush objects, e.g. squeezing a chair into a ball.
Telekinetic Destruction: To make an object explode, e.g. blowing up a table.
Telekinetic Flight: To use telekinesis to fly.
Flight Field Projection: To use telekinesis to carry objects and people, granting them the
ability to fly.
Telekinetic Pressure: To use telekinesis to damage the surrounding area.
Telekinetic Solidification: To solidify telekinetic energy/force, possibly to create various objects.
Telekinetic Surgery: To conduct complex surgery through telekinetic means.
Telekinetic Tethering: Use telekinesis to tether and move objects.
Unarmed Weapon Wielding: Use weapons without touching them.
Vibration Manipulation: To emit powerful vibrations strong enough to make objects shatter, i.e.
a sonic boom.
Jolt Inducement: To telekinetically induce tremors and miniature earthquakes in an area
or cause violent, abrupt movements in a target that mimics a seizure or spasms.

Molecular Manipulation: To manipulate matter and energy on a molecular level.
Elemental Manipulation: To control any and all prominent forces from the physical to the
esoteric.
Molecular Acceleration: To accelerate matter at a molecular level.
Property Manipulation: Change the physical and chemical properties.

Transmutation: Ability to change molecules turning anything into almost anything else.
Physical Force Manipulation: To create and manipulate physical force and utilize it in influencing
matter.

Impact Manipulation: To control the forces surrounding impacts and collisions.

Power Deactivation: To cancel out the superhuman powers of others.
Telekinetically Enhanced Condition: To use telekinesis to enhance the user's condition.
Telekinetic Agility: To augment the user's agility, e.g. dodging high-speed projectiles.
Telekinetic Durability: To augment the user's durability, e.g. withstanding getting shot.
Telekinetic Endurance: To augment the user's endurance, e.g. suppressing pain.
Telekinetic Reflexes: To augment the user's physical reflexes, e.g. seeing high-speed
objects moving slower.
Telekinetic Senses: To augment the user’s sense to see, hear, smell, taste, and feel better
e.g. perceive with higher awareness.
Telekinetic Speed: To augment the user's speed, e.g. outrunning a speeding vehicle.
Telekinetic Stamina: To augment the user's stamina, e.g. remaining active for extended
periods of time.

Telekinesis Training
Telekinesis is an ability that requires rigorous training to be mastered. As a beginner, there are several
steps in your telekinesis training to position yourself for success in learning and mastery over the ability.
1) Meditation is the groundwork for all Psychic Powers.
This practice is a reoccurring one when attempting to learn almost any power. This is because of the
mental serenity one must have before being able to put a power into practice. With any power, a clear
mind that can be moulded is needed to perform the psychic ability.
This is because absolute focus is required if you wish to use any mental power. You must have the
capacity to push aside distractions and focus on one standalone thing. You must be able to clear your head
entirely and see nothing apart from what you require.
Without having this capacity you will never be able to move on to the next steps in telekinesis training
and thus will be unable to learn the ability as a whole.
If you have never meditated before, then this is the perfect time to start.
First of all, you will need to find a quiet and comfortable place to sit. Make sure there won’t be any
distractions and that the room is at an adequate temperature so you won’t become discomforted by heat or
cold air.
From this point, you can then sit in any position you choose and close your eyes. Once closed you need to
clear your mind. Don’t think about anything at all, just picture yourself sitting there calmly and at peace.
From personal experience, I would advise you to start by meditating for around 10 minutes twice per day.
As a beginner, it will naturally take you a while to get into your zone and unlock “flow”. Keep increasing
the time as you practice meditation till you’re capable of entering your meditative state anywhere,
anytime and be able to pass a few hours without even noticing it.
2) Build the subconscious mind through Visualization.
Once you have a clear mind you can move off to the next telekinesis training technique. This next
technique involves visualization. Before you can move into the real world with using this power you must
first master it in the mind.
This will build the subconscious belief that you are capable of moving objects. That way you are already
a master of this art in mind. From that point, the ability can then be translated to objects in real life.
To start training in visualisation you must first clear your mind in meditation.
First picture a leaf or feather in front of you. Then picture yourself raising a hand and the leaf or feather
bending to your hand’s movements.
This practice must be done repetitively and the object in use scaled. You should focus on key elements of
the object such as its texture and weight. You should be able to feel the object in your hand without
touching it. As you move up in weight the objects should become more and more difficult to lift.
Once you feel you have reached the pinnacle of performance in this area you can move on to the next
steps.
3) Learn how to Concentrate
I believe, and science is confirming that physical reality is an illusion and we are all individual
incarnations of the same God or “avatars” for short.
Thus telekinesis is but one of many divine abilities that remain hidden or dormant within us all. I will
simply give you the tools and methods needed and you will intentionally or unintentionally awaken your
telekinetic powers simply be practising.
This no-teach awakening method often snowballs and begins unlocking many other hidden abilities like
healing, telepathy, orbing, ESP, remote viewing and so on. According to occult wisdom, humans are
currently using 5 of our 360 senses.
Concentration is key and of the utmost importance for anyone trying to learn telekinesis and the deeper
you can concentrate, the faster you can develop your telekinetic abilities. So spend time developing your
ability to concentration abilities before you start trying to do telekinesis.
Always start your concentration exercises by finding a quiet, relaxing place to work. You want someplace
comfortable, but most people do better if they do not lay down, especially if you tend to fall asleep easily.
Take a few deep breathes and let all thoughts and tensions release from your body. When you are ready,
find a spot on a wall or a small item on a shelf. Keep your eyes focused on the spot, but do not strain your
eyes to look at it.
Just keep your eyes on the object and don’t allow your mind to wander. If it does start to wander, gently
bring your mind back to focus on the chosen object. Don’t berate yourself. It happens to everyone,
especially when you are learning to control your mind.
Simply pull your attention back to your object with the least mental chatter as possible. This may sound
simple and easy, but very many people can not concentrate on an object for a full minute when they are
starting to train.
Your goal should be to keep your mind focused on the object without your mind wandering for a full 5
minutes or more. Take the time to get your concentration skills developed before you start trying to learn
telekinesis.
You’ll get much better results if you can keep your mind from wandering for a minimum of 5 minutes and
10 to 15 minutes would be even better.
Can you concentrate or 20 seconds?
It is important to note, keeping your mind focused can be extremely difficult for some people. Many of
the common foods we eat are filled with Monosodium Glutamate also known as MSG. Manufacturers
have gotten tricky in how they list the chemicals in their food because MSG has a very bad name in the
health food industry.
Any time you see ingredients such as “Natural Flavors”, Corn protein, soy protein, yeast extract and many
others, it is nothing more than a form of MSG. This is one of the many foods that can affect our ability to
concentrate.
Don’t get upset with yourself if you don’t come close to concentrating for a full minute in the early
stages. It is VERY normal. Just don’t give up. Practice makes perfect.
4) Spin a Psi Wheel or Roll a Pencil
The brain is a very important part in telekinesis but the part of your brain that controls telekinesis is
currently inactive in the vast majority of people.
Luckily, the brain is a muscle and like any muscle, it gets stronger with exercise. So the key to developing
your telekinesis abilities is to work that muscle! Once your concentration abilities have developed, you
will need an object to practice telekinesis on.
A PSI Wheel is one of the easiest things for people to start with. If you do not have access to one, you can
make one yourself.
Another easy item for beginners is a round pencil or pen. You just need to make sure it is perfectly round,
without any cap or clip that could prevent it from rolling.
Set the object you choose on a table in front of you. Make sure the object is completely still before you
start. You want to be in a comfortable position and relaxed before you start.
Science has proven that everything is made of energy. As we all know, energy can be measured and seen
with the right tools. The combination of our eyes and our brains gives us the tools we need to be able to
see and feel the energy of an item.
When everything is ready, look at your object. You want to try to see and feel the energy of the object. It
may be hard to find to begin with, but it is there. Some people do better looking at the object with their
eyes open while others do better looking at the object with their mind’s eye.
Once you find the energy field of the item, take a few moments to explore that energy field. How does it
feel? If you can see it, what does it look like? Is it strong or weak? Does it feel warm or cool? Does it feel
soft or hard?
Once you have a good idea of what the item’s energy feels like, switch your focus to your own body and
feel the energy field around your body. Go through all the same tests you went through with your item.
5) Use your Psychic Energy
Last but not least, when you have a good idea of what both the energy fields feel like, use your mind to
stretch your energy field out toward your item.
See with either your actual eyes or mind’s eye and watch the item move. Spin the wheel if you are using a
PSI wheel or roll the pencil across the table if you are using one. Get a firm picture in your mind of the
object in its new position.
Did your item move? If your item has not moved, don’t get discouraged. Very few people manage to
move an object their first try when they start to learn telekinesis. Just remember that you need to build
your psychic muscle and that might not happen overnight. Just continue to practice and it will come.
Keep in mind, you are overcoming a lifetime worth of being told you can not do it and that doesn’t
happen overnight. Think about it this way. How long would it take you to go from your current body to
having the body of a bodybuilder?
For most people, it won’t happen overnight and could easily take a year or more of training every single
day before your muscles become that finely tuned.
Keep practising to learn telekinesis and before you know it, you will be able to amaze your friends by
moving objects around the room or you may be able to let the cat out without having to get up to open the
door.
2. Pyrokinesis
Capabilities
Users can freely generate, shape, and manipulate fire, the rapid oxidation of a material in the exothermic
chemical process of combustion, releasing heat, light, and various reaction products, flame being the
visible portion of the fire. Depending on the substances alight, and any impurities outside, the color of the
flame and the fire's intensity will be different. The user can also completely control the temperature of the
fire at will.
Users are able to control the amount impurities in the fire giving it fuel. The impurities can include plants,
carbon, and burnable substances. Ultimately, the size, strength and color of the flame can vary due to the
impurities.
Beginner Level: At the beginner level of fire manipulation, users can generate and control flames with
basic proficiency. They can create small flames, manipulate their shape and size, and control the
temperature of the fire. Users are able to ignite objects and produce simple fire-based attacks. They can
control the heat intensity of the flames based on the impurities present in the materials being burned.
However, their control over the flames may be somewhat limited, and they may struggle to maintain
perfect control over the fire's movements and effects.
Medium Level: As users get to the medium level of fire manipulation, their abilities become more
refined and versatile. They can generate larger flames and manipulate them with greater control. Users
gain the ability to produce more complex fire-based attacks, such as fireballs, streams of flames, or fiery
constructs. They can create defensive barriers of flames and control the spread of fire over a wider area.
Additionally, users can enhance the intensity and heat of the flames, allowing them to inflict more damage
and exert greater influence over their surroundings.
Master Level: At the master level of fire manipulation, users attain mastery over the element of fire,
unlocking its full potential. They can manipulate flames with unlimited skill. Users gain the ability to
produce extremely large and powerful flames, capable of engulfing and igniting entire areas or
overwhelming multiple opponents simultaneously in flames. They can generate intense heat that can melt
through even the most durable materials and cause a very devastating destruction. Users can manipulate
the temperature of the flames at will, from searing heat to freezing cold, granting them supernatural
control over the superpower of fire in most of its forms. In addition to their offensive capabilities.
5. Hydrokinesis

Users can create, shape, and manipulate water, inorganic compounds with liquid, gas (steam, water
vapor), and solid (ice) states, including changing them from one state to another. This involves water
itself, ice in any form, sweat, blood, steam, water pressure, and other variations. More skilled and
powerful users can use water-related weather such as blizzards and rainstorms and some are able to
completely control the temperature of the water at will.

Familiarizing Yourself with Water
When you’re starting with Hydrokinesis, the best thing to do is to remember to keep it simple and easy
for yourself. Don’t get tempted into starting big. You’re not going to make a splash, and it will only
dishearten you from trying again.
To start easy, get a bowl or a cup, or any other utensil you prefer and fill it with water. Try to choose items
which are clear or opaque so you can see the water inside it. While water settles, try to meditate for a
little while. This will help you to focus clearly on the water.
Once the water is still, project the energy you have on the water. It’s best if you do this with no real
intention. Just direct a random, blow of energy at it. Now sharpen your focus. That should create small
vibrations on the surface of the water.
Remember, you have to do this without actually touching the bowl of water so be careful to ensure you
aren’t accidentally creating vibrations by brushing against the bowl or the table it is on. The vibrations in
the water will be minuscule, so be careful in observing it. This is one of the most basic methods through
which you can start training for Hydrokinesis.
If you feel that you are unable to make the water vibrate, focus all your energy on your finger and dip it,
very gently in the water. Dip it in a manner so as not to disturb the surface of the water. If possible, place
it just above the surface of the water. The water should vibrate, resonating with your energy. If you did it
properly, this should happen without the water coming into contact with your finger.
Try to build a connection with the bowl of water so that you will not have to come into physical contact
with it when you want to make it vibrate. When you can accomplish this small step, you are ready to
move on to the next step. Remember, not everyone can get it right on their first try, and you may have to
practice it for weeks or even months to achieve it. Time and patience are going to be your best friends if
you want to learn Hydrokinesis.
Step 1: Preparation for Hydrokinesis
Start by finding the things you will need for the exercise. Fill a bowl with lukewarm water and find a
quiet place to do the exercise where you will not be interrupted.
Step 2: Meditate
Find a comfortable meditation posture and meditate for five to ten minutes to allow your body and mind
to completely relax. Even this is an important part of your hydrokinesis training. Make sure there are no
tension and worrying thoughts in your mind and body, as this will only distract you and keep you from
reaching the point of complete relaxation.
Step 3: Connection
Now sit in front of the water and work on getting to know everything about it. Feel it’s wet texture and
temperature. Pay attention to it’s movements and with them feel the weight of the water and use your
senses to hear.
Feel and smell the water once you feel like you know the water then you need to create a connection.
Focus on what it feels like to be the water. Imagine it as a part of your body. How does it feel? What is it
like to be water? Take your time with this step and only continue once you really feel a strong connection,
like you know the water is part of you.
Hydrokinesis Training
Now that you have familiarised yourself with the water, it’s time to try something more. We will begin
with a short and simple beginner exercise and then continue to more advanced methods.
Hydrokinesis for Beginners
Take your bowl of water and place a cork or any other object which is buoyant and floats in water and
place it in the water. Wait for the item to settle. Once it settles, close your eyes and meditate a little. When
you feel focused, try to sense the presence of the water in the bowl.
Connect with its energy and mingle it with your energy. In your mind, create a link between the water and
you. Try to feel the coolness and smoothness of the water. Remember its properties and molecular
structure and its vibrations.
Now, with your own energy, try to mimic those things. Your water and you should be one, connected.
Now remember, just as you can control your own energy, you should be able to control the energy of the
water as well.
Now, open your eyes and take a look at the water in the bowl.
Keep reminding yourself that you are one with it. Keep your connection fresh in your mind and command
or will the water to move, using only your energy. If you know how to do this with your own energy, you
will find this easier to accomplish.
Now, try to make the water swirl. Aim to create a strong whirlpool in the pool, getting stronger and
stronger and gaining more speed.
Keep doing this until you get tired or that you feel you have succeeded in achieving it. Remember to take
a break if you feel mentally exhausted by this exercise. It can take more than a few tries to get it right.
Advanced Hydrokinesis Training
Now, it’s time to move on to something harder. In your sink, or if you have a pool, apply the same
technique as you did above. Use something buoyant which can float in water and try to make it move by
imagining currents which push at the object.
Imagine them becoming stronger and stronger like a riptide which pushes and pulls at anything caught in
it. This will not always be something you can achieve within the first training session. You will have to
try a few times before you master it. Remember, keep trying and avoid getting discouraged by a few
failed attempts, you are a beginner after all, and it takes a lot of training to master it.
You can also try another exercise where you pour the water in a glass and try to absorb its energy.
Meditate carefully and try to balance your energy with the energy of the water. Now imagine you are
tearing or pulling the water apart and then pushing it back together. This practice will help you when you
are just starting.
Once you have mastered these techniques, you can move on to more advanced steps like actually making
the water rise out to meet you.
Remember that it takes weeks and months of practice even to achieve the smallest of results, so patience
and persistence are going to be the main things you have to keep in mind. Stay motivated and keep
practising. Once you set your mind to it, there is nothing it can’t achieve.
Hydrokinesis Exercises
There are different levels of advancement and you need to start with the first level and work your way up.
This process can be very slow and it can easily take years to master the art of Hydrokinesis (or
Aquakinesis) on an advanced level, so it takes patience and discipline.
Level one
Hand on the water gently, place your fingertips at the surface of the water. You will try to create ripples in
the water by allowing your own energy to connect with the waters energy. So after completing the
meditation and the connection creation, you will be ready to move the water.
Sit with your fingertips on the water and focus on moving. It will make the water move and imagine
moving the water being as easy as moving your own arm since you have created this strong connection
between you and the water.
Keep remembering what it feels like to be water to keep the connection. You can close your eyes for a
moment to visualize the ripples in the water, allow your energy to fuse with the waters energy and let the
energy vibrate in the water until you see it move. This may not work the first time or first couple of times,
so keep trying.
Level two
Wall pool with your fingertips on the surface of the water on the side of the bowl. Focus on making the
water spin. For this exercise, you can also use a glass of water which might make it easier for you to spin
the water.
Before trying to spin it, try to create a whirlpool with your hands just to get used to seeing the water spin.
Then let the water settle and now create the Whirlpool with your mind. Close your eyes and visualize the
water spin. Imagine how it feels to be spinning water and keep the strong connection you have already
created. Open your eyes and force the water to spin.
Level three
Hands over water, sit in front of your bowl and place your hands above but very close to the water.
Imagine the water being part of you and you touching it with your psychic energies, until you see weebles
under the surface.
Dip your fingertips on the surface of the water once in a while to strengthen your connection and
understanding of the water. Keep in mind that you have to follow all these steps to really get the most
efficient hydrokinesis training.
Level four
Create water. The air around us has small water particles in it and so once you reach the advanced state of
Hydrokinesis, you may be able to control the water particles in the air and create liquid with the power of
your mind.
Place your hands in front of you and focus on the space between them. Close your eyes and visualize the
water particles in the air, force the water molecules together between your hands. Collect as many water
particles as possible and combine them into solid water.
Open your eyes and keep focusing onto the space between your hands while you use the psychic energy,
coming from your body to manipulate the molecules.
After some time, liquid should start to form between your hands or on the surface your hands rest on.

Uses/Applications (Pros)
One with this ability can psychically move earth about as though by Telekinesis, at will. In addition, one
can psychically alter earth's texture, density, fluidity, temperature and the like, at will. Furthermore, one
can psychically induce or prevent natural earthen phenomena (ie sinkholes, quicksand, mudslides,
earthquakes, volcanic eruptions), at will. One can also psychically shape earth into tools and constructs, at
will. One can even psychically cause ambient sediment to coalesce into earth, out of thin air, at will.
Weaknesses/Limitations (Cons)
Earth is such a broad name for various related material--it includes soil/dirt, rock, metal,
minerals/crystals, sand, and even molten rock and molten metal (ie magma/lava). However, due to the
different consistencies of such materials, a Geokinetic is often most skilled in only one or a few of these
materials. Most commonly, the user is skilled in the use of dirt or rock, though it may vary depending on
the environment they are from.
For example, if a young girl Terra comes from a desert land, she might have an easier time with the
dexterity and finesse needed for manipulation of sand, while manipulation of dirt and rock may occur to
her as a crude and brutish art, not worth giving extended practice.
Toph Beifong, on the other hand, comes from a richly fertile plain, where there can be found all manner
of dirt and rock, as well as sand plains--she even lives within decent distance of jewel quarry, a junkyard,
a mine and metal refinery. She takes full advantage of as many earthen materials as are available to her,
eventually mastering them all, and more.
8. Chronokinesis
Capabilities
Users can control and manipulate time, the indefinite continued progress of existence and events that
occur in an apparently irreversible succession from the past, through the present, into the future, in the
general area or for a specific target in various ways, with the most basic of acts revolving around
accelerating, slowing, stopping, and even rewinding or looping it. The range of the affected area is
proportional to the mastery of the user, with those at higher levels being able affect the entire space-time
continuum.
Since time exists and flows within space, the two are interrelated, and by manipulating time, one is also
distorting space proportionally. The effects of this relative distortion can vary, however. For example,
controlling time of a mere object or person may not affect the space they reside in, whereas twisting the
time-stream of an entire region of space can cause the area itself to warp. Additionally, due to time being
so closely intertwined with our three-dimensional space, manipulating it might not affect another
dimension, such as heaven or hell, in the same way it affects our own. Also there are some high level
users being powerful enough to manipulate and control time beyond universal level, also possibly
manipulate different forms/types of time and possibly reaching nigh omnipotent level.

Capabilities
Users can create, shape and manipulate darkness and shadows. Darkness is mostly used to cloud
everything into total darkness, but can also be channeled to a variety of effects, both as an absence of light
and a solid substance: one can also control and manipulate the beings that exist there, create and dispel
shields and areas of total darkness, create constructs such as equipment or entities, teleport one's self
through massive distances via shadows, etc.
Note: Darkness Manipulation is essentially the same as Shadow Manipulation, in the sense that all of its
applications would be identical. Hence why both powers are merged into one.

10. Vitakinesis
Description
Vitakinesis is a very useful ability to have. One with the ability can restore biotic organisms to their
optimal health, curing damaged or withered organisms, wounds, broken bones, low vitality, and
diseases/poisoning. Powerful User can heal/undo any/all damage to a flawless or perfect state, as all
evidence, trace or even memory of the wounds are gone from the targets body after they are
healed/repaired. Restoring the body to a pristine condition, even if the wound is recently inflicted or
ancient. It seems to be an ability possessed by the children of Apollo, and the Norse god of
summer, Frey and his children (through Alf Seidr). This ability can also be possessed by powerful
children of Asclepius (but in a lower level than Apollo's children).

11. Cryokinesis
Capabilities
Users can create, shape, and manipulate ice, along with freezing water into a solid state. As an elemental
power, cryokinesis has a nigh-limitless number of uses, only limited by the user's imagination and their
natural limits. Fundamentally. users would be able to generate ice through various means, such as
lowering the temperature of the surrounding air until solid ice forms or by freezing nearby water sources.
They could release and channel this ice in the form of ice beams that freeze whatever it comes into
contact with, or extremely rigid and durable ice walls and domes that can be used offensively and
defensively. There's also the capacity to use ice in order to freeze one's opponents to death by trapping in
ice that slowly kills their cells or shattering them to pieces once frozen.
The next most common application is the ability to shape and control ice, such as turning ice chunks into
icicles to pierce the opponent or icy wind to render it difficult for them to breathe. The user can also shape
ice into weapons to use for combat, such as spears, swords or scythes. They would also be able to move
ice with their mind, raining a barrage of freezing ice shards on their enemies or using it to move large
amounts of ice with ease. Increased mobility and speed can also be achieved through gliding on ice,
which not only allows one to preserve stamina, but can also potentially be able to reach places that would
be extremely difficult to reach under normal circumstances. Users might also be capable of creating
clones (which could be sentient in some cases) out of ice or increasing one's size through the use of ice.
Ice appears naturally in forms of snow, slush, hail, icicles, ice spikes and candles, glaciers, pack ice, frost,
and polar ice caps, thus allowing users to gain control over multiple varied structures and environments.
However, places with the absence of water or locations with extremely high temperatures might pose a
threat to the user. If at a high enough level, the user would be able to circumvent this issue through sheer
power by rapidly cooling the surroundings or to manifest ice that can be used out of nothing (which
usually involves magic in one form or another). Summoning blizzards and ice-related disasters such as
freezing rains and hailstorms would also be possible in some cases. Ice manipulation could also extend to
manipulating the cold by reducing the kinetic energy of atoms through the use of ice, which makes
inducing sub-zero or even absolute zero temperatures entirely possible. Some ice manipulators have
unique attributes, which can potentially be used to perceive through ice, or turn one's body into ice itself.
At an extremely advanced level, users would possess nigh-absolute control over all forms of icy matter,
allowing them to shape ice however they see fit, such as creating anything that they can imagine, such as
an entire city or ecosystem. Users would also be capable of creating ice so cold that they cause cellular
destruction for those that inhale it or ice that would be able to instantly kill someone as their bodies are
simply unable to withstand such low temperatures. Through the precise manipulation of ice, a high-level
ice manipulator can control ice on a molecular to subatomic level, potentially allowing them to stopping
blood flow to the brain by freezing the bloodstream, halt chemical reactions by using ice to interfere, or
cause matter to break down and collapse on itself if at a low enough temperature. Inversely, users would
be able to plunge the entire planet into an ice age by exponentially lowering the Earth's temperature or
simulate time stopping by lowering the surrounding temperature to the point everything is at a complete
standstill.

How to learn Cryokinesis?
There are two exercises you should do when getting started at learning cryokinesis, the first is getting a
cup or bowl of water that has been kept in the freezer for a long enough time but not to the point where it
freezes.
Then with this simply place all your fingers in the water and hold them there for as long as you can,
preferably when you get started last at least a minute or more.
By doing this your fingers will get used to being cold and you will begin to not feel anything when you
put your fingers in the cold water after you continuously do this, that is where you want to be.
An additional piece of information is that you may feel tingles in your fingers or hand after doing this
activity, but this is perfectly normal so don’t worry about it.
When you are only starting this don’t leave it in the water to long or your fingers will freeze and you will
have frostbite, allow yourself to build up immunity against the cold so when you generate it you won’t
feel it.
One last thing to know when doing this training exercise is not to run your hands under hot water after
you do this, it might seem tempting but not only will it hurt immensely, it will also lessen your immunity
you will build against the cold. Just allow your hands to return to their normal temperature naturally, no
towels, clothes or anything to help it in drying out.
The next exercise is similar to the first, but it is also an essential thing to do when you start learning
cryokinesis.
This training method is simple, all you need to do is get an ice cube and squeeze it in your hand for as
long as you are able to.
This has the same effect as the other method except since ice is colder than water it works more
efficiently after you are able to hold your fingers in water for a long time.
Keep on holding the ice in your hand with a closed fist until it melts completely or until you can no longer
continue doing it.
Once you can melt multiple ice cubes in a row without feeling much pain then you are ready to move on
to the next steps. Just like before make sure if you are feeling the pain of coldness at the beginning to
release the ice before your hand freezes and you become victim to frostbite.
Now since you have done both these training exercises and mastered them you are ready to continue to
the next steps in learning cryokinesis.
Before moving on make sure you can hold your fingers in freezing cold water and hold ice in your hand
without feeling the pain of the cold, have numbness to cold so you aren’t affected and be used to not
feeling the cold when touching cold things with your hands.
Techniques and Training to learn Cryokinesis
So after completing those training exercises, you will now be prepared to start learning cryokinesis. First,
you will learn how to get cultivated water energy and then how to use that energy to perform a wide range
of cryokinetic actions.
In this first method you will be getting cultivated water energy, this is what is done in most cases when
you use cryokinesis as it is the main thing you need to know.
Ki Breathing
Ok for the first technique you need to stand in a position you would for ki breathing, then close your eyes
and picture and circle of waterfalls or a hemisphere of water, whatever works for you as long as you are
surrounded by water.
Now imagine energy coming from the water in any colour or shape you wish and entering your body,
spreading throughout it into every little place.
Make sure you picture the energy spreading everywhere so you don’t miss even the smallest part. Do this
for 5 minutes at a time and multiple times a day until you feel like you have cultivated water energy
inside you.
The feeling is indescribable once you have this energy flowing through your body, but when it is you will
know and feel it in an instance.
It normally takes 2-5 days of doing this technique 5 times a day to have cultivated water energy. After 5
days if you don’t feel you have this energy then don’t worry there is another technique to get it just read
on to see it.
Shower training
So if that method didn’t work and you still feel like you lack cultivated water energy then this method
should work for you instead.
First, you will need to be taking a shower, the time of day doesn’t matter just that you’re in the shower
and are relaxed.
Now close your eyes and let the water hit the front of your body, while this is happening try to imagine
that this water is cultivated water energy that is flowing into your body.
Try to change the image of water droplets into something else in your mind while you imagine this so that
your mind thinks that energy is going into your body not water hitting it.
After 2-5 minutes you should have quite a lot of the energy and will be able to move on to the next steps
and start using cryokinesis.
In the case where you still don’t feel you have cultivated water energy, keep trying these methods until
they work for you, re-read over this and make sure you are doing everything correctly and aren’t missing
any of the steps.
Another thing to remember is not to get discouraged when you don’t have the energy yet, just keep trying
you will get it eventually.
Iceball
Now once you have cultivated water energy you can move on to actually using cryokinesis. The best way
to enable yourself to start using cryokinesis is the ice ball technique.
Simply find a quiet and open spot, it doesn’t matter whether it’s outside or inside whatever feels most
comfortable.
Now bend your knees and sit your hands at your side facing forward, now close your eyes and imagine
water flowing out of your hands like a waterfall, don’t move on until you picture this happening.
Then once you have done that imagine that the water begins to frost over slowly from the end right up to
your palms.
Your hands may begin to feel cold at this point, but the training from earlier should have made you
immune to any pain from the cold.
Then try to push this coldness forward at an object possibly a lit candle so you can see your results.
You may not get such good results the first time but remember to keep on doing this method every day as
you will quickly master it and be able to produce this coldness at will.
Create ice
Since you can now produce freezing cold air you now only need to be able to control ice.
Firstly if you want to create ice a good technique to use is to find a quiet area, bend your knees with your
forearms forward and your palms facing upwards.
Now imagine water filling your arms and then suddenly freezing similar to the ice ball technique, then
tense your muscles and push forward and you should see ice begin to come out the end of your fingertips.
In the beginning, only small portions of ice will form but in the future, you will be able to produce lots
more. Now to control ice simply use the ice ball technique to produce cold air which you can use on water
to freeze it.
Now you know all of this you should have the ability of cryokinesis, congratulations.
