How do I order the card?
Get the card on the Vault27m website. https://vault27.net
How long will it take to receive my card?
After the KYC process. Shipment times vary depending on the receiving country. You can expect your
card to be delivered to your door within 7-10 business days via courier. You will find the tracking link in
the platform once your card has been shipped.
How do I activate my card once I have received it?
Follow the steps given in the Getting Started guide you received with your card. The online activation
process takes no longer than 3-5 minutes. Or log in in the platform, go to the chat option, a member of
our staff will be available for support, remember you have 24x7 personal attention.
Who is issuing my card?
All Vault27 cards are issued by a fully-licensed and regulated multi purpose financial company based
in Mexico SOFOM. SINTETHIX DEFI SAPI DE CV (Prestabit Global).
Forbidden countries for physical credit card, this also includes IP addresses.
Visa has suspended operations in AM (Armenia), AZ (Azerbaijan), BY (Belarus), CU (Cuba), GE
(Georgia), KZ (Kazakhstan), RU (Russian Federation), UA (Ukraine) & VN (Vietnam) and therefore no
transactions can be processed.
Which cryptocurrencies are supported for deposits?
