Goals and Objectives: The Golden West College of Education shall endeavor to meet the standards and requirements of borderless education thereby inculcate 21st century skills relevant to local
cultural context.
Specifically, the objectives are:
1. Produce teachers for borderless education to respond to the demands of the 21st century education
2. Train teachers into research and in the application of global technology in the classroom
3. Design classroom instruction to suit the concept of a global village
4. Prepare teachers to facilitate learning in a diverse type of learning environment using a wide range of teaching methods and strategies
5. Develop teachers with deep understanding of their role in facilitating teaching-learning process.

5. Course Description: TECHNICAL WRITING
Course Objectives: At the end of the semester the students should be able to:
1. Apply and adapt flexible writing process strategies to produce clear, high-quality deliverables in a multitude of technical writing genres.
2. Use professional technical writing convention of clean and clear design, style, and lay-out of written materials.
3. Gather and apply researched information that is appropriate to your field, as demonstrated by reading and analyzing documents, and citing sources correctly.
4. Write clearly, correctly, and concisely.
Course Requirements:
1. Attendance, active participation, and class presence in class activities are given.
2. Passing quizzes and periodic examinations.
3. Submission of assignments, activities, exercises, and projects.
4. Spend an adequate amount of time on the assigned work each week.
5. Compliance with other policies stated in the Student Handbook will also observe.
6. Actualize oneself as a unique person.
