“FUND-RAISING FOR A CAUSE”
OVERVIEW:
The Project Fund Raising for a Cause is dedicated to continuous effort
of raising funds, ensuring that there is always easy access to the necessary financial
resources when they are needed the most. Himokilan Integrated School Parents and
Teachers association & School Governance Council organized a remarkable fund-
raising activity called “Christmas Queen 2024” as one of the highlight event during
their Christmas Party celebration held at Himokilan Covered Court on December 19,
2024.This initiative not only brought joy and excitement to the attendees but also
significantly increase the availability of funds for the school, ensuring that necessary
resources are readily accessible when needed. Each class section is encouraged to
select an instant representative. The funds raised by each representative will play a
vital role in determining the winner of the contest.
OBJECTIVES CONDUCTED:
To raise funds for the School Parents/Teachers Association & SGC Council.

Project for the SGC Fund from the Christmas Queen 2024

requirements for today’s meeting is 50% plus 1, quorum has been reached.
C. Discussion proper:
The meeting started at 9:00 in the morning on February 12, 2024
attended by the SPTA President, SGC President & members and the school
school, with a prayer led by Mr. Elmer B. Cavite the school registrar.
The meeting was conducted by the School Head Dr. Aldrin M. Montaña who
introduced the problem first in the school that needs to be solved by the SPTA
& SGC body. According to the principal that there is a need of the
enhancement of the sound system speaker and accessories wherein people
at the back can clearly hear the announcement and also the chairs are
lacking.
The President responded an asked the body if they agree to the
suggestion of the school head. Finally they agreed to buy the speaker with the
proposed budget of 11,500 .
