The main theme of Jackie Chan's life story is hard work, patience, and never giving up to
reach dreams, even with many problems and challenges.

2. Storyline

Jackie Chan was born in Hong Kong in a poor family. When he was a child, he went to a
Chinese opera school. The school was very hard. He learned kung fu, acrobatics, singing, and
acting every day for many hours without rest. If he made mistakes, he got punishment.

When he grow up, Jackie Chan worked in the Hong Kong movie industry. At first, he was
only a stuntman in Bruce Lee’s movies. Slowly, people knew him because he was very brave
and did dangerous scenes by himself.

But his career was not easy. Many of his first movies failed. When he tried to go to
Hollywood, he was rejected because his English was bad and his Asian face was not popular
in America. Jackie Chan did not give up. He made his own movie style that is action, kung fu,
and comedy. Finally, the world accepted his movies, including Hollywood.

Even though he got many injuries when filming, he was not afraid to do dangerous
scenes. Now, Jackie Chan is a very famous and successful actor. He also helps poor people
and children through charity.
