Terms of Quotation (Part A- Vehicle Purchase Price) issued by Mercedes-Benz India Private Limited :
1. The Net Ex-showroom price is determined by Mercedes-Benz India Private Limited and is inclusive of standard sales
measures and applicable offers.
2. The Net Ex-showroom Price shall be payable to Mercedes-Benz India Private Limited (MB India) as the Purchase
Price of your Mercedes-Benz vehicle only. The Total amount payable to MB India includes base price of the Vehicle,
GST and TCS (Total Amount).
3. All other Additional Services (Part B) are offered by the preferred Franchise Partner as selected by you and they do
not form part of the standard product (i.e. Mercedes-Benz Vehicle) offered by MB India. Any amount payable for
these Additional Services shall be invoiced by the Franchise Partner in its independent capacity and payable to the
Franchise Partner directly (along with applicable Taxes, if any). The Franchise Partner is an Authorised Agent of MB
India. However, the Franchise Partner will act in its own capacity and not as an Authorised Agent of MB India for the
purpose of providing services mentioned in Part B.
4. The Finance Quotation (Part C) (if provided) is offered by Mercedes-Benz Financial Services India Private Limited
(MBFSI) in its sole capacity as a non-banking financial company as preferred and selected by you. The same does
not form part of the standard product (i.e. Mercedes-Benz Vehicle) offered by MB India.
5. This Quotation shall be valid till the end of the month in which it is issued. The validity of this quotation is non-
extendable.
6. The Tax Collected at Source (TCS) has been calculated assuming that the Customer has fulfilled the conditions as
stated in Section 206CC & 206CCA, of the Income tax Act. In case the conditions provided in the said Section like
Aadhar-PAN linking & filing of Income tax Returns for past 2 years, are not satisfied, the TCS shall be calculated at a
higher rate i.e. 5%
7. In case you fall in concessional tax category then the said concessions will be provided only if all the conditions for
availing such concessions, as provided in the relevant law, are fulfilled. Provided that only such concessions as
applicable on the date of invoice of the Vehicle will be available to the customer.
8. The Company reserves the right to amend/ change the price or the applicable scheme/ discounts anytime without
notice. The final price as on the date of final invoicing will be applicable.
9. An individual or a business customer shall, during the validity of this Quotation, pay the advance booking amount as
indicated below depending upon the vehicle model category which shall be adjusted against the Net Ex-Showroom
Price and sign the Order Booking Document.

10. A Business Customer recognized by Mercedes-Benz India under its Corporate & Fleet Sales Policy shall furnish a
valid Purchase Order and sign the Order Booking Document during validity of this Quotation. Such Business
Customers shall not be required to pay the Advance Booking amount as mentioned hereinabove.
11. The Company may, at its discretion, deduct cancellation charges of upto Rs. 50,000/- for series vehicles and upto
Rs. 1,50,000/- along with applicable Taxes, if any, for all Top End and Specialty Vehicles, if the Customer cancels
the booking of the Vehicle at any time after expiry of ten calendar days from the date of signing Order Booking
Form.
12. For a Configurable Vehicle, the Customer is required to set configuration for the configurable parts via Mercedes-
Benz Configurator. Upon selection of the configuration, the Franchise Partner will seek confirmation of the
Customer for the same and the Customer shall confirm such configuration within 5 working days. Thereafter, the
configuration will be finalized for production and no further change will be made in the configuration(s) selected
by the Customer.
13. Certain Discounts/ incentives including but not limited to Profile Discount, Scrappage incentive and Fleet
Discount that may be offered can be availed only upon submission of valid documents/ declarations that can
establish eligibility for availing such discounts/ incentives in accordance with the terms as may be agreed to
through the Order Booking or any other document/ declaration. In case a Customer is eligible for multiple offers/
discounts/schemes/incentives such as profile, fleet or other offers/discounts/schemes/incentives, the offer/
discount/scheme fetching the maximum benefit will be applicable except for the Scrappage incentive scheme, if
applicable, which will be over and above the other discounts, benefits offered by MB India. Such offers/

discounts/schemes (except the Scrappage Incentive) will be mutually exclusive unless otherwise specified by MB
India.
14. The Customer shall complete the Order Booking and Order Finalization formalities within the time specified by MB
India. Any delay in completing the steps may lead to cancellation of the booking and allocation of the vehicle to
other customer.
15. The Taxes as applicable on the date of Invoice will be payable by the customer. Thus, the Total Amount may vary in
case of change in GST/ CESS/ TCS/ other taxes or any other statutory dues after the Date of issue of this
quotation. Mercedes-Benz India Private Limited or its Franchise Partner will not be liable for any direct or indirect
loss caused to the Customer on account of such change.
16. The Company will give full refund of the booking amount paid if the Vehicle delivery is delayed for any reason
beyond 300 days from the date of booking of the Vehicle. In such cases, the Customer may pay the requisite
booking amount again to place a new Order if the Customer wishes to continue the booking.
Terms of Quotation (Part B- Other Additional Services) issued by the Franchise Partner :
1. This Part B Quotation shall be valid till the end of the month in which it is issued.
2. The amount mentioned in Part B herein shall be payable directly to your preferred Franchise Partner, as the
Franchise Partner would facilitate the insurance, Road Tax and other Statutory levies for registration of the car.
3. Road Tax specified in Part B is only indicative. More information on Road tax applicable to the Vehicle may be
obtained from preferred Franchise Partner. The Road Tax above may be inclusive of an offer from MB India, further
details on the same can be obtained from your preferred Franchise Partner.
4. The Total On-Road amount payable does not include tax rebates available to the Customer, if any. The same shall be
available and administered by the state/central government as per the applicable Rules/ Regulations at the time of
registration of the vehicle.
5. Taxes and other levies as applicable on the date of registration shall be payable by the customer and Mercedes-
Benz India Private Limited or its Franchise Partner shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect loss caused to
the Customer on account of any change in such taxes or other levies.
6. The information about taxes and levies above is collated from third parties on best effort basis and that Mercedes-
Benz India Pvt. Ltd. or its Franchise Partner shall not be liable for any increased taxes, levies applicable at the time
of registration of the car. In the event of any change, a fresh quotation will be issued.
7. The insurance premium shown above is an indicative quotation for Purchaser’s convenience in arriving at the total
cost of the Vehicle and that the Purchaser may independently reach out to any Franchise Partner/Motor Insurance
Service Provider (MISP)/ Insurance company for details of the premium and the terms and conditions of the
insurance. The amount mentioned against ‘Insurance’ indicates the amount payable towards Insurance premium
for Own Damage (OD) cover for one (01) year, Third Party cover for three years (03) and add-on insurance covers, if
any. The insurance premium has been calculated as per IRDAI guidelines. Mercedes-Benz Financial Services India
Pvt. Ltd., is a registered Corporate Agent with IRDAI (License No. CA0180) and is providing motor insurance
services through its empaneled insurance companies namely Reliance General Insurance Company Limited, ICICI
Lombard General Insurance Company Limited and Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited. Insurance is a
subject matter of solicitation.
