of the employee being off boarded through termination or resignation is updated and that all paperwork and data
required during the process is prepared and filled in.
● Ensuring that all Probation Period Reviews of new employees are scheduled ahead of time, carried out within
the deadline and that any training needs are noted.
● Responsible for the preparation of all employment offers, contracts and letters for all staff members.
● Ensuring that new employee accounts are created on the system, and that all new starters have email
