AUTOMOTIVE FILM LIMITED WARRANTY
CPFilms warrants the products against Cracking, Peeling, discoloration, demetallizing and delaminating for the
warranty timelines specified above when installed in a vehicle by an authorized LLUMAR PREMIUM
SHOP/LLUMAR CONCEPT STORE installers in accordance with manufacturer's recommend installation procedures.
WHO IS COVERED
This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and motor vehicle identified on the LLumar E Warranty
record only. It is not transferable.
EXCLUSIONS
The warranty does not apply when the replacement action is taken and/or the warranted part is removed by
any facility or person other than an authorized LLumar dealer shop.
This warranty does not apply to LLumar films not purchased from and/or not originally installed by LLumar
authorized dealer.
This warranty does not cover the cost of repairs or replacement of any part that is damanged due to the
failure of the warranted window films or other consequential damanges. (Example: rear car heated element
demister line)
This warranty does not cover, including but not limited to, loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of vehicle,
other incidental or consequential damanges.
NO WARRANTY for any Puspakom Sdn Bhd inspection.
HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
Please retain this e-warranty & invoice (Hard or soft copy) as it MUST be presented to our authorized
LLumar dealer to receive your future warranty service.
The above warranty does not cover any defect or damages other than those specified above and it made
solely to the original purchaser and may NOT be transferred.
LLumar authorized dealer (LLUMAR PREMIUM SHOP/ LLUMAR CONCEPT STORE ) hereby disclaims
liability for any incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from any defect, in any
product. CPFilms inc., Tint Auto (M) Sdn Bhd, KT Universal Venture Sdn Bhd and its authorized LLumar
dealers (LLUMAR PREMIUM SHOP/LLUMAR CONCEPT STORE) hereby also excludes and disclaims any
and all other expressed warranties and, except during the applicable period set forth within the warranty
document, also excludes and disclaims any and all implied warranties, including the warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
This warranty is VOID if the product has been subjected to ABUSE or IMPROPER CARE and
therefore please maintain in a safe place and follow all recommended LLUMAR FILM CARE INSTRUCTIONS
as misuse and damaged caused by misuse is NOT covered under warranty.
Do not accept this e-warranty if the dealer has not completed all the VEHICLE, DEALER and FILM
information.

LLUMAR FILM CARE INSTRUCTION
Should not clean the window for two (2) weeks after installation (To allow for complete curing process)
DO NOT use abrasive pads cleaners or industrial strength glass cleaners.
Use a soft cloth or soft paper towel with a mild soap and water solution. That’s it !
Never use a brush to clean the film.
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AFTER INSTALLATION?
APPEARANCE
Like all products that use an adhesive, the adhesive must cure to achieve a proper bond to the glass. You
may see some changes in the appearance of the film while it is curing. Changes are normal at the time.
MILKY, HAZY AND SOME SMALL WATER BUBBLE
( Reaction of the film adhesive to the moisture used to apply the film during installation. After curing, these
apparent imperfections will disappear)
CURING TIME
Solar window film – depending on films type and thickness ( from 3 to 60 days under normal conditions. The
weather humidity and the amount of sunlight falling on the glass can affect the curing duration.
Safety and Security window film – depending on films type and thickness also ( complete curing from 3 to 6
months – Note : Safety and Security does not attain its full strength until the adhesive has fully cured)
