Note: The first time you use the app, you need to activate the
algorithm engine and initialize the database, so make sure the device's
network is available.
Initialize the database (Necessary operations for first use,Before
performing the initialization data operation, please ensure that the
corresponding data has been imported on the server side.)
1.Click the application icon, you will first enter the welcome page when
entering the application, and will automatically jump to the main face
recognition page when the network is normal (The data is not initialized at
this time)

Note: If the device's SN code is not registered on the server or the current
network is not available, you can choose to retry the connection or click
OK to close the application.

If you have initialized the data and entered the application without a
network, you can choose to use it in offline mode. (But only the face
recognition function can be used normally in offline mode)

2. Click the icon in the upper left corner of the main page, enter the correct
password (the default initial password is "telpo"), and click Login to enter
the corresponding settings page. When the network is normal, entering the

management page will automatically activate the engine. (The engine only
needs to be activated once for the first use).

Note: If you fail to activate the engine due to network abnormality after
entering the settings page for the first time, you will not be able to perform
other additional settings. Please manually activate the engine after
excluding the cause of the network abnormality. After successful
activation, it will be used normally.

3. Click the Data management option to enter the data management page,
and then click the initialize option to initialize the data.

Note: If the initialization data fails due to a network abnormality, click the
initialize button again to continue.

Initialization succeeded
Note: If the data processing fails, you can view the failed face information
from the failure list of the face information management page after
importing the database. Please check the problem from the following
aspects:
1 ) Whether the engine is successfully activated;
2 ) The picture does not meet the requirements:
Whether the format of the face information picture imported by the server
conforms to the specification ( .jpg );

Whether the face information picture imported by the server is complete
including the face part, and the face is clear;
Whether there is a possible interference option in the face information
picture imported by the server;
After correcting the wrong face information picture on the server side, you
can manually update the data from the update page to import previously
failed data.
After performing the initialization operation, you can return to the main
page to use the face recognition function.
Face recognition function
The main page is the face recognition window, which can be used
normally after initializing the data. When the face is recognized, it will
enter the video mode and compare the captured face information with the
face data of the database. After the comparison is successful, the
corresponding access control operation can be performed.
Visitor function
Click the QR code icon in the upper right corner of the main page to jump
to the page that scans the QR code. After identifying the correct QR code
with the identity information of the visitor, the corresponding access
control operation will be performed.

Detailed settings
- Server-side data synchronization
Click the Data Management option to enter the data management
page. The data management interface has the automatic update function
enabled by default, and you can choose to enable or disable it manually.
Click the manual update option to manually synchronize the cloud data
instantly to update or delete the local database data.

- Face information management(Update, delete, and register
operations will modify server-side data simultaneously)
Click the Member Management option to enter the face information
management page. The face information management page includes two
scrolling lists, one for displaying face information of registration and
update failure, and the other for registering and updating successful face
information.

Click the Member list item to view the corresponding face information,
and click the icon in the upper left corner to edit the corresponding face
information.

Long press the Member list item to delete the corresponding face
information.

Click the icon in the upper left corner to enter the registration page (the
registration function can only be used after initializing the data)

- Parameter Settings
Click the parameter setting option to enter the parameter setting page. In
this page, you can modify some initial default settings of the application as
required, such as liveness detection and imaging angle.
