Respected Sir/Madam,

Undersigned Mr Rahul Jailia, PF-142216,Probationary officer, presently working at


Mukti Branch (1910) under Nasik Region, Pune Zone. I have completed 1 year at my present place of
posting as rural training.

Madam, I am only caregiver to my family and my mother is last year diagnosed with Mammary Paget
disease (Cancer) and she had gone through lot of radiation therapy and chemo therapy now she
requires proper care in her day to day routine.And my father is also 65 years old he is not able to do all
the work and do all this hospital work by himself.

Presently I am posted at Mukti branch in Nasik region, and I am not able to take care of them as
transportation services are not available there and it is hard to commute and difficult to reach.

Hence my absence is going to adversely affect the psychological health of my parents and cause
inconvenience in recovery progress of my mother.

Madam, I have always worked in the most sincere and devoted manner.Your kind consideration of my
request shall enable motivate me to carry out my official reponsibilities and also take care of my
parents.It is my humble request to kindly consider my application on caregiver grounds & medical
grounds of my mother for which I shall always remain grateful.

I kindly request you to post me to Jodhpur region or Jaipur region as my preferences.
