- Monitor food safety mandates according to AIB and PepsiCo requirements.
- Perform monthly internally food safety audits.
- Perform and monitor packaging testing of PET bottles such as thermal stability , burst
testing , dimensions , sectional weight of PET etc.
- Prepare batch tank of Slice juice preparation and perform chemical testing (Brix , Total
