b) 他/她在 2000 年 9 月 1 日或之後出生(即 25 歲以下) 及
c) 他/她正修讀本地大學*全日制學士學位課程的本地學生。

for your consideration, we confirm:
a) he/she is the first amongst three generations of their families (i.e. his/her grandparents and parents do not
hold any degree from any university) to study at a Hong Kong university*;
b) he/she was born on or after 1 September 2000 (under 25 years old) and
c) he/she is a local student of a Full-time Bachelor's Degree Programme at a Hong Kong university*.
