On behalf of the entire team here at IXD House directed by Parth Patel (My
Self), I want to thank you for the opportunity to earn your business as your
provider of web design and development services. There are thousands of
companies offering these services that you could have chosen, and yet here
we are, with an opportunity to earn your business. I cannot understate how
much we appreciate being able to put this proposal in front of you today.

Our Development Process:
We take a structured approach to web design. Our development process is
created to ensure every project is delivered on-time and on-budget. Once
your web design project kicks off, here's what to expect:

Initial Planning
The first order of business is to sit down with your team and create a detailed
set of design and technical specifications. These specifications serve as a
roadmap for the rest of the web design process. (ET: 2-3 weeks / 2-3
sessions)
Wireframing
Wireframes are your first chance to visualize your website. While they're not
nearly as detailed as the final site will be, they give us a visual
representation of the site's overall layout. (ET: 2-3 sessions / 15 days)
Mockups
Once all site mockups are completed and approved, we'll proceed with site
mockups. These add color and a bit more detail to the initial wireframes,
giving us a stronger visual representation of the final product. (ET: 2-3
sessions / 2 weeks)
Copy & Graphics
Once we've agreed on a final design based on the mockups, our team will
proceed with development, kicking off two phases in unison. The first
involves creating your site's copy and graphics. Our team will get to work
performing SEO and competitive research and come up with the copy and
images that will flesh out your final site. (ET: 1 week)
Development
After we are done with all the design and copy related processes. The
prototype will be handed over to our excellent development team where
they will put functionalities into website. This is more related to a backend
team. However, our job is not to rest in this phase. We will be taking over to
copy revisions and preparing for some user stories which will be used in user
testing. While developers will be doing their job, we will be look out for some
people who can help us in testing phase.
Testing
Once our writers (including your team), designers, and developers have
finished their work, our Quality Assurance team will get to work testing your
site's performance and reliability. We'll use various tools to benchmark your
site for loading, responsiveness, and speed, while also ensuring that it works
reliably on all web browsers and mobile devices. We also create various user
stories and will work with real people within both of our organizations. (ET: 1-
2 week)
Deployment & Optimization
Once we're sure that your site is ready to be released to the public, we'll
deploy it on your public domain. Then, we'll shift into a monthly support
process that will continue for 12 months. During that period, we'll create
monthly backups of your site, update scripts and plugins to maintain security
and reliability, and perform layout and content updates at your request.

Project Terms
Project terms for pankitgoyal.com can be discussed and re-written in the
contract after Parth Patel and Acharya Pankit Goyal / Company meeting.
General Terms:
The project will start on the same day of signing this contract/proposal by
both Acharya Pankit Goyal and Parth Patel.
Initial Payment will be due in 2 weeks of starting the project. Remaining
amount will be due within 1 weeks of each phase has started. There will
be no late payment fee charged to Acharya Pankit Goyal / Company.
The cost give on this project is only for Acharya Pankit Goyal / Company,
shall not be revealed to any other person or company.
Content and Copy for the website will be provided by Acharya Pankit
Goyal/ Company. In case of generic content provided by IXD House/Parth
Patel shall be approved by Acharya Pankit Goyal/Company.
Payment Options could be discussed and revised between both parties.
Any Add-on feature will be added to invoice after discussion between both
Parties.
All works produced because of the above-described web design project
will become the sole intellectual property of Acharya Pankit Goyal /
Company. IXD House reserve the right to use visual representation of the
final product as part of our project portfolio.
