Advantages And Disadvantages Of Working Money
3) DRAWING POWER
Drawing Power is the amount of Working Capital funds the borrower is allowed to draw from the
Working Capital limit allotted to him. Because the working capital limit is usually allotted to a
borrower against security of Stock and Book Debts, the amount of funds a borrower is allowed to
draw is calculated by considering the total value of Stock plus total value of Book Debts for the
month after deducting the margin. It is for this purpose that the borrower must regularly submit
Stock and Book Debts Statement and Statement of Trade Creditors.
Thus, in a way Trade Creditors also finance the borrower s stock and hence the stock purchased
under credit being unpaid stock, cannot be provided as security to Bank. Hence total amount ... Show

There are three parties to a contract of a guarantee. The person who guarantees the performance of a
promise or the liability of a third person is called the guarantor (surety). The person, on whose behalf
the guarantee is given is the principal debtor, and the person to whom the guarantee is given is
called the creditor.
The obligation of the surety, under a guarantee issued, arises when there is a default to perform the
promise by the person on whose behalf the guarantee is given. The liability of a surety runs parallel
to the liability of a principal debtor towards the creditor. On failure of the principal debtor to perform
the obligation under the contract, the liability of the surety with respect to the guarantee starts. The
bank may be called to perform its obligation under a bank guarantee issued by it. Therefore, though
bank guarantees are non fund credits, the probability of their turning into fund based credit is high.
In order to ensure that the guarantee executed by the banker does not remain in force for an
indefinite period, it is stipulated that the guarantee would remain in force the period specified
therein, on the expiry of which no claims would be entertained by the
Persuasive Speech About Sports
As Kobe Bryant said; Sports are such a great teacher. I think of everything they taught me:
commodity, humility, and how to resolve differences . (Kobe Bryant). Sports are all over the world
and range from many activities such as hockey, basketball, football, cricket, swimming, and
bowling. I as a youth participated in many different sports including volleyball, basketball, soccer,
golf, tennis, and gymnastics and with all of these sports I was able to grow my confidence,
determination, and leadership that I now carry with me through life. All children benefit by being
involved in a sportat some point in their life. Today I will discuss the Health, social and
psychological benefits and Educational benefits that come from children participating in sports. Not
every sport is for every childand not everyone is amazing at sports, but all children should
experience sports and find a sport they love. With sports children can grow into healthy and athletic
adults as well as successful humans with high positivity in physical activity. Sports enhances the
physical and mental developments of children and aids their growth as they get older and become
adults
I. Children grow with the help of sports. Children s health, social, and psychological benefits are
adapted at higher rates with the participation of sports. Sports positively affects aspects of children s
development with themselves and their esteem, others around them, the idea of working towards a
goal and what it takes
Definition Of Perseverance
We can do anything we want as long as we stick to it long enough Helen Keller. Keller is
explaining to people to have determination when going through difficult hardships in one s life.
Have people ever had to push through difficult times in their lives to get what they wanted? Has
anyone ever tried to stop them along the way? If so, then they have persevered. According to the
dictionary, perseverance is, steady persistence in a course of action, a purpose, a state, etc.,
especially in spite of difficulties, obstacles, or discouragement. Many people have also used the
terms determination , dedication and endurance instead of perseverance. Some differing words of
persevering are to have weakness , apathy , indifference and... Show more content on Helpwriting.net

Carlock. He has given her a lot of advice on how to conquer her fears and frustrations. Think of it
as a door. A door that s going to open up onto a whole new world for you. And all you need to do
is decide to go through it. Dr. Carlock (Temple Grandin movie). Temple s autism made it so that
changes/challenges were hard for her. Her teacher realizes this and helps her by giving her this
advice. For the rest of her life, she imagines the hardships in her life as a door. Malala wanted
there to be more in her life, and the lives of other girls, than staying home and being married off to
some random man. She wanted to follow in her father s footsteps and speak out against the
Taliban. In my heart was the belief that God would protect me. If I am speaking for my rights, the
rights of girls, I am doing nothing wrong Malala Yousafzai ( Clever Class ). Everyone in her
community believed that what she was doing was wrong. That it was not their place to have an
opinion. Malala thought the opposite. She believed that if no one will speak out for equal rights
for girls/women, then nothing would ever change. Once Malala and her father started to speak out
for the rights of girls/women everywhere, the Taliban tried to stop them by banning girls in her
community to go to school. The Taliban could take our pens and books, but they couldn t stop our
minds from thinking Malala Yousafzai ( Clever Class ). Just because girls could not go to school,
that did not mean
Andy Warhol s Telephone
To complete my project I decided to visit the museum of contemporary art. The piece I m going to
focus on is Andy Warhol s Telephone, which was painted in 1961. I had already chosen to do my
essay on this piece because I d been interested in Warhol and his overarching themes of
consumerism and product idolization in America. Although this piece isn t blatantly judging
America and its materialistic mentality, I like the commentary he was attempting to make about
traditional and modern forms of art. Upon first seeing this piece I was taken aback by its size. I d
seen a photo of the work on MOCA s website, but to see it in person truly was a different
experience. When I began to really look at it, I noticed how clean cut all the lines were and made
the assumption that Warhol had used silk screening as he did in many of his pieces. However,
when I read the description on the side and found out he hand painted it I was extremely surprised.
There aren t any visible brush strokes, the lines are clean and the colors look so solid. Instead of
depicting a modern telephone of his time he illustrated one that could be decades old. This is a
painting that because of its subject material and creation method, could ve been... Show more content

Just by looking at it most would assume he used silk screening like I had assumed. This could
stem back to Warhol s constant attempts to make his audience believe that his work meant less
than it really did. He was hiding the meaning by making it look like his other pieces in that aspect.
Just another piece to be visually consumed by his audience. It wasn t meant to be analyzed, only
enjoyed. This also thought this could mean that even if a piece of art is hand drawn people don t
appreciate that form of art as much as they used to. Art is art and the method is no longer a tool for
judging value or artistic ability, so conspicuously displaying the techniques he used was an
unnecessary waste of
Why The Bluefin Should Be Banned
The Bluefin Tuna is a large fish that is commonly used in sushi. It is found in the Pacific Ocean,
Atlantic Ocean, and Mediterranian Sea. Due to it s buttery flavor it is a very popular fish to eat
and thus it is very popular among fishers. It is also known to be one of the toughest fish to catch
because of it s fighting spirit. However, should fishing it actually be banned? This has apparently
been an issue for quite a while. The arguments for banning the fishing of the mighty Bluefin are
quite strong. According to several sources, the Bluefin is nearly extinct (Lynas, Ellis). The reason?
People are over fishing them because they are very tasty as sushi and sashimi. Because of its taste
and it being considered a very high quality... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Bluefin Tuna are so popular, that one man in japan bought one of the fish at an aution for over
35,000 dollars! He aparently bought one just two years prior for over a million dollars (Graif).
Japan is also the leading Bluefin Tuna fishing country, with over 80 percent of the bluefin fishing
market in its pocket (Smith). Think of how much its economy must rely on the Bluefin! In 2010,
Japan even refused to join in on the ban on international trading of the Bluefin, thus ignoring the ban
altogether (Jolly). Japan is also the leading importer of fish, making over 14 billion dollars with just

The Impact of Emerging Technology on the Public Sector Essay
The Impact of Emerging Technology on the Public Sector

The impact of information technology has been tremendous within the public sector. Over the years,
the growth and development of technology has caused the public sector to change. One of the most
significant changes in technology has been the evolution of the information systems and how their
development has reshaped the way the world uses technology. It has been just over fifty years since
the worlds first programmable computer became operational. It cost millions of dollars to build and
processed an unprecedented 5,000 instructions per second. By 1971, Intel was able to pack 25 times
that power into a single, two hundred dollar chip. Today s personal computers process ... Show more

of convenience and accuracy in communication. Over 40 million workers correspond via e mail
and that number is increasing 20% per year .[ii] Electronic mail (e mail) is a form of
correspondence that has become a popular form of communication in the public sector. Given its
ease of use and convenience, e mail is becoming the correspondence of choice through local, state
and federal governments. E mail is used to coordinate various levels of government, communicate
information rapidly and disseminate information to a wide variety of persons in the quickest
manner possible. E mail also delivers cost benefits when compared to the cost of postal services.

Computerization

In today s public sector environment virtually all federal, state and local government use computers.
Computerization has streamlined repetitive processes, promoting a more cost effective and efficient
use of information technology. Studies suggest that managers look to information technology to
streamline work processes, enable easier access and retrieval of information, provide better products
and services, save money by avoiding workforce expansion, speed up transactions and provide better

Living In Rural Kansas
Breanna Prater Rural Voices of America Essay

Home Is Where The Heart Is
I will forever remember my fourth grade choir class. We went to the Kansas State Capitol and sang
Home on the Range for the Senators, Represenatatives, and anyone who happened to be passing by.
These infamous words of Brewster Higley stick out in my mind when I read our writing prompt;
what are the benefits of living in rural Kansas? What are the benefits of living on
See if you can use a synonym to seemingly increase your vocabulary our Home on the Range? A

And it is because we are taught this common sense, that rural individuals of all ages are often some
of the best people to be around. Because they understand how things work, and that what goes around
comes around. This ties directly with the down to earth perspective that rural Kansas offers.
Just exactly what is a down to earth perspective? A layman definition of a down to earth
perspective is seeing the world as it really is. You do not need to embellish it, or pretend that the
world is something that it is not. With a down to earth perspective you see the world, and in it,
you see truth. It is a second instinct of most Kanasans to develope a down to earth perspective,
because there is earth all around us. Farmers work in and with the earth to reap a bountiful harvest.
Because of this, they have a realistic perspective on the world, and see how nature works firsthand.
This ripples out to those around them. Rural Kansas is a farming community, and life lessons that
they reap along with their harvest, stretch out to the rest of us. Life and our busy
Prater, 3 schedules really get put into perspective when stuck behind a combined in harvest season.
Yes, the farmer has a place to go. Yes, they know you are busy, they are to. But that is the pace
Chipotle Executive Summary
Executive Summary

The restaurant industry in the United States had annual sales of $ 631.8 billion and employs 12.9
million people in 2012. Even in times of recession there is little evidence that this industry has seen a
decline especially in its fast food and quick service segment. But with a depressed economy with no
immediate upward trend in the near future, majority of the customers indicated that they would
either curtail their spending on eating or best maintain its current level which is certainly going to
affect the future of many restaurants in the industry. Chipotle is part of the fast casual segment of
the U.S industry with over 1,600 restaurants.

The Reality Of The Digital Divide Essay
Living in a community with internet being the norm has really numbed us from the reality of the
digital divide. Most of us don t give a single thought of how difficult it would of not having the
convince of the Internet or having electronics. Millions of people each day go through life without
the convenience of broad band. Currently, due to the internetbeing the main medium of conversation
for the modern age, having broad band has become a right for people as not having internet will
limit you from better jobs, education, and information. Surprisingly, people who use internet are
actually a minority compared to people who do not have internet access; more than 4 billion of the
7 billion people in the world do not have access to broad band.
Furthermore, most people will associate the digital divide to people who don t have internet
versus people who do have internet. However, it goes much deeper than that. There is not one
defining factor that cause such a divide to occur. Economy is one major factor that block people
and countries from internet use. Internet is expensive. So countries with low GDP or people with
low salaries can t afford the exuberant amounts when they barely get enough food on the table with
their meager salaries. Moreover, environment is another issue. The topography of an area could
drastically affect the installation of broadband in an area and maintaining it is a further problem.
One s education is also a leading factor of the digital divide. studies
