 Key Responsibilities:
        QMS Development and Implementation:
                Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in
                accordance with industry standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or equivalent.
                Lead the creation and revision of quality policies, procedures, and work instructions.
                Ensure that the QMS is integrated into all aspects of the organization’s operations.
        Quality Assurance and Control:
                Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the QMS, identifying areas for improvement and
                implementing corrective actions.
                Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal and external
                standards.
                Oversee the resolution of quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective/preventive
                actions.
        Compliance and Standards:
                Ensure compliance with industry regulations, customer requirements, and company policies.
                Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the company’s QMS
                remains current and effective.
        Team Leadership and Development:
                Lead and mentor the quality team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
                Conduct training sessions to promote quality awareness and ensure adherence to quality
                standards.
        Supplier and Customer Quality Management:
                Collaborate with suppliers to ensure their quality systems meet company standards.
                Manage customer quality concerns and drive resolution to maintain strong relationships and
                satisfaction.
        Reporting and Documentation:
                Prepare and present regular quality performance reports to senior management.
                Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality processes, audits, and corrective actions.
 Qualifications:
        Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree
        or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt, CQE) is preferred.
        Experience: 18-20 years of experience in quality management within the electronics manufacturing
        industry, with a strong background in implementing and managing QMS.
      Skills:
             In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies.
             Proven experience in leading audits, managing quality teams, and driving continuous
             improvement.
             Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
             Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all
             levels of the organization.
             Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
