Role Summary
Financial Analyst will support investment decisions by conducting financial analysis, market
research, and performance evaluations of real estate assets. This role holder will have a strong
understanding of financial modelling, valuation methods, and industry trends to drive data-driven
investment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Modelling
• Develop and maintain financial models for real estate investments, acquisitions, and
developments.
• Conduct discounted cash flow (DCF), IRR, NPV, ROI, and other valuation analyses.
• Assess capital structures and financing options for real estate transactions.
Market Research & Investment Strategy
• Perform market research to evaluate property values, rental rates, and investment
opportunities.
• Analyze economic trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate
sector.
• Provide strategic insights to support investment decisions and risk assessments.
Due Diligence & Risk Assessment
• Assist in due diligence for acquisitions, mergers, and joint ventures.
• Evaluate financial statements, lease agreements, operating expenses, and revenue
projections of real estate assets.
• Identify investment risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Reporting & Presentation
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for senior management and
investors.
• Monitor asset performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and asset management teams to support decision-making.
Experience and Profile Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Big 4 Transaction Services or similar financial advisory roles.
• Experience in real estate investment firms, REITs, private equity, or asset management is
a plus.
Key Skills and Competencies
• Market Research & Property Valuation – Ability to assess real estate trends, property
values, and rental rates.
• Excel & Financial Software – Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling, scenario
analysis, and data visualization.
• Data Visualization & Reporting – Ability to create presentations and reports using Power
BI, Tableau, or Excel dashboards.
• Risk Analysis – Ability to evaluate market risks, tenant credit risks, and financial risks in
transactions.
