Price is valid for 02 days of submission of this proposal.
Price Validity
30% advance payment, 50% payment on panel delivery and 10% on system
Payment Terms commissioning on same day and 10% on netmetering.
All payments to be made in the name of Solaria. Online Transfer or Cheque Accepted
Payment Mode Only.
Deployment Time Within 10 working days of confirmation of order (after advance payment received)
General Terms and It is assumed that the roof shall bear the loading of the solar
Conditions mounting and panels.
Standard bore will be done manually; any machine use will incur
additional charges to be paid by the customer and for buildings taller
than 45 feet, the customer will cover the lightning arrestor
installation cost.
Prices are exclusive of sales tax, service tax, WHT, duties, and any
other applicable taxes or fees.
The customer will be responsible for paying all additional and necessary
charges imposed by Wapda, Nepra, or the government
Solaria will exclusively operate within the Main Electrical Panels,
and the customer is responsible for their interconnection.
Solaria shall not be held accountable for any modifications to concealed
wiring made during load distribution.
All warranties are subject to the company's policy, aligned with the
respective product. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) warranty
policy will be applied.
Upon delivery, the customer must inspect and sign for receipt of the
equipment and installation materials.
There could be minor changes based on site conditions without affecting
energy output.
Any delay in installation due to force majeure events such as strikes,
weather conditions, etc. will not be the responsibility of the
contractor.
Solaria reserves the right to terminate this agreement in the event of
non- compliance with payment terms, fluctuations in the solar market
exchange rates such as $/PKR, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond
the control of either party, with prompt notification provided to the
customer.
The final invoice, panel documents, and warranty card will be issued and
sent to the customer’s email address within 5 working days after full
payment has been received
Client Scope: The turnkey project includes what's outlined here. Any
extra supplies or services will be discussed, and price differences agreed
upon before starting. The proposal covers 10 feet of AC cable from the
inverter to the DB. If more cable is needed, it will be charged based on
actual site measurements. You need a stable 3-phase grid with a
sanctioned load at least two-thirds of the solar system size. We can help
manage this, but the cost is on you. The net metering meter must be in
your name and free from dues. You’ll need a strong Wi-Fi connection near
the inverter for online monitoring and warranty. Keep a fire extinguisher
nearby for safety. Any DISCO approval fees (Rs 1000/ KW) and housing
society permissions are your responsibility
Solaria will provide assistance in the preparation of net metering
documents and their submission to the relevant DISCO. They will also
arrange for the inspection of the system and the submission of
applications to NEPRA. Solaria will follow up on the case process until the
license is received and the bi-directional meter is installed. It should be
noted that the standard net- metering process takes 1 months, unless
there is a delay due to a government department. Additionally,
approval of net metering will be subject to NEPRA and local DISCO laws.
